Older home with radiator heat and no central air, so no existing duct work. Shamrock installed central air conditioning and gas heat. They also removed the old boiler furnace and radiator pipes for us. William and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and very enjoyable to work with . I appreciate that they were responsive to my specific requests and very conscientious about the cosmetic impact to the woodwork, tile and hardwood floors of our home. The price was excellent and the finished product was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Shamrock to my family and friends.

The job took longer than I thought it would. They came out on Saturday the same day I called them, that was good. The service got me going with a short term fix and said they would call me on Monday, as they were checking on part needed. I had to call them on wednesday to get a response and then the service came out on following Tuesday.

Very polite young man called when he was going to be late(wreck on highway). Took the time to answer all questions and I had quite a few. Repair done promptly.

I'm sorry but this has the MOST inconsistent customer service I have ever seen from a local business.. Two years ina row I have had issues with them physically getting to my house because the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Last year I was stood up for 3 appointments becuase everyone in the office thought the other one had called to confirm my appointment. I finally got a tech out there and the fee was comped. However this year the same thing AGAIN accept this time I confirmed the appointment the day before..waited 30 minutes after guy was suppose to be there then nothing. Called later on and was told by Marjorie she had called me 3X that morning to say say the tech was runnign 20 mins late. My phone never wrang or voicemail left. Then it was my phone wouldn't let them leave voicemail or ring?? My response was well since I had confirmed the apt.. why didnt you still send the tech?? Legit question right? Well the response was he was going to be later than that. So you lied previously about the tech just being 20 min. late?? Never called and followed up, no apology offered it was my fault they couldnt call me the day of so the cancelled the tech? I politely asked to be removed from their database and it will be a cold day in hell before I use them again. Would of been no harm to send the tech anyway and confirm no one there or had the tech come he would of met my roommate

We called Shamrock as a second opinion concerning our AC unit. I was utterly surprised when given the results of the assessment... We will definitely use this company for our rental house as well as the home that we live in! It's reassuring to have a company that we can call that tells us the truth as oppose to looking for ways to make a quick dollar...

There were 2 visits by Shamrock. The first was to check out and repair. The tech. was knowledge and skillfully, but had a lousy attitude, kind of arrogant and rude. The 2nd visit was to replace/install the evaporator. This time the reps had pretty good people's skill and very professional. Did an excellent job.

Get a quote! Had planned to just go with current provider, but architect son advised get a quote. Glad I did, $1700 difference. Shamrock very thorough, patient, building trust through answering questions. Great installation, love the new touchpad thermostat.
