Shamrock Heating and Air

Although Shamrock Air were very busy with other customer calls they did promise to come and fix my A/C problem in the afternoon and sure enough turned up as promised. The problem was fixed within a very short perios of time and both technicians were extremely courteous and took the time to explain what had happened with my A/C system.

The guys came ou within an hour of calling them fixed all existing problem. They were friendlily did what needed to be done and had everything working as it should. I will be calling them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

I would say that this company has the best possible pro's working for them and for the public. I was looking for someone that would need to replace my heating system. I had been told previous that I needed this done and that is would be at least $1,800.00. The gentleman that came out fixed the problem. I am amazed!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to keep the heat going and in about 20 minutes, he had it up and running and has been ever since. They were thourough in assessing the job requirements, communicating the problems they found, and explaining in detail what would need to take place in order to fix them. My air conditioning quit suddenly on Monday. The temperature was 90+. I had heard about Servicemagic and since it was too late to call anyone (or so I thought), I checked out Servicemagic and found Shamrock Heating and Air. I filled out the information about my problem and submitted it. Within minutes I had a call from Shamrock. They would have come to my house Tuesday but the soonest I could get off work was Wednesday. The service tech was there when promised, found the problem within minutes, got the correct part, installed it, and I am in air conditioning heaven. I can't see how the whole experience could better.

My AC gave out on me the first 90 degree day we had here in Greensboro. I was dying. Shamrock came right over that morning and looked at my unit. I was disappointed that I had to wait for them to come back at 3pm to take care of it for me, but it wasn't their fault. The unit needed to thaw. Can you believe ice was the problem with my AC? Anyway, once the technician came back and started putting the freon in, we noticed the difference instantly! The technician was very nice and he promised to call me next year for a "check up".
