 + -1 moreThey did good work at a reasonable price, but they were very, very slow. The original estimate was 1.5-2 weeks for completion. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I called them. All they could tell me at that point was that the work had not been completed. A couple of days later they called me back and said there was an additional part to be replaced. I finally got the mower back after 4 weeks. I'd use them again, but only if I had plenty of time to wait.

Description of Work: I dismantled a power tool, bought the replacement part, and took the parts to Sedgefield to have it put back together. After several weeks, I didn't hear from them and so I went there. They couldn't find the new part. They implied I didn't provide it! They asked me to speak to an owner which I did. He didn't know what I was talking about. Later I got a call telling me they had it ready but never found my new part. The charge, under the circumstances, was outrageous. They still made me feel it was my fault. Will never go back.
