Overall they were nice, but the price was too high for what were trying to accomplish.

Overall it went pretty well. The new shower was installed upstairs in a cape cod style house. This meant that the far end of the 60 inch deep shower was 4.5 feet high because of a knee wall. This in turn meant that everything other than the shower base was going to have to be customized. For these reasons I chose Re-Bath. Re-Bath sent over a sales rep who looked at the bathroom and he described how the shower should be done which was pretty much how I had visualized the shower being done in my mind's eye. It took about 4 weeks to complete the job from start to finish. The shower walls were fabricated to look like granite. What took the most time was fabricating the tempered plate glass door and plate glass enclosure to fit the sloping ceiling and knee wall. The finished shower is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The price seems a little high to me, but this was not a situation where I could have ordered a shower enclosure off the shelf and have it installed.

They tore out the old bath tub and plumbing. They removed the old tile walls around the old tub. They then installed a new shower pan and drain. They installed new valves so that there would be a hand held shower head and a regular shower head. The new valves controlled the water flow and whether the water would come out either head or both. They installed wall surrounds and all trim, even around a window that is located in the stall. They did not pressure us at all to have the work done. The salesman explained in detail what was involved with the work and how long it would take. Everything was done as promised and finished ahead of the allotted time.

They did a nice job on it. Everything was excellent - including the pricing, professionalism, performance & the results.

Seven years ago Re-Bath removed our aged tub and installed a new shower enclosure in its place. Recently, the shower began to drip and the caulking developed mold underneath where it could not be removed. The warranty said that materials and workmanship had a lifetime guarantee for the original purchaser. I called the service manager at Re-Bath and asked if these items were covered by the warranty. He said that they were and scheduled a service visit for several days later. He called back within an hour and asked if they could come now. They came, installed a new valve insert to correct the leak and then proceeded to remove all of the caulking from everywhere in the shower enclosure. They re-caulked and cleaned to the point that this seven-year old shower looked brand new. This was several hours work performed under warranty, with no charge to me. We were delighted with the original installation and find the excellent level of warranty service to be unbelievable. I would recommend this company to anyone considering bath renovation.

Re-Bath took out small shower and garden tub in large bathroom, put in a 42 inch walk-in shower, put in high toilet, and put in new flooring. They also and to do some repair to the floor where it had leaked around the garden tub and toilet. In small bathroom they took out tub and replaced it with large walk in shower, put in high toilet and put in new flooring. They also had to repair floor under toilet where water had leaked. If we had know it would look this good we would have done it sooner. The crew that came to our home was very respectful, very efficient. They cleaned up at the end of each day and never let a mess. We certainly are enjoying our new showers.

I was completely happy with the general contractor and everyone who he had brought in, so everything worked out great.

The bathroom is just beautiful. They were very efficient. They exceeded my expectations.

Re-bath was able to start work earlier than anticipated; which was a great beginning. The installation technician(Bob) was promp, courteous, neat, and professional. Bob protected our hardwood floors from the entry way, through the living room, to the bathroom every day. He also cleaned up any mess in the bath area at the end of the day. Bob worked diligently to complete the remodeling in a timely manner and to accommodate my elderly mothers needs. After the project was complete every bit of evidence that work had been done....disappeared. We love this bathroom now! I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to anyone. Our guest bathroom looks like a million bucks. Changed the whole look of the bathroom and we could not be happier. The installer arrived as promised, put down mats to protect our hardwood floors, did most of the sawing, etc., in our garage and was done in about 2 1/2 days. The installer was also very pleasant to work with and kept us informed on the progress and/or any problems he encountered. He cleaned the areas: the garage was swept clean each day and you would not have known any work was done in the area; the bathroom was sort of cleaned, however, you cannot run a damp cloth over areas covered in white power/dust and say they are cleaned. I had to empty everything out of the cabinets, wash them and then I hired a maid service to wash the cabinets inside and out, wash the mirror and the light fixtures, the toilet and the floor. I contacted Re-bath and suggested they have someone available to do a better job cleaning after a remodel! NOTE: Re-bath has contacted us and has offered to reimburse us for any costs incurred to clean the bathroom - we certainly appreciate this!

These folks are the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for. This was our second bathroom remodel bythem - we went back to them because if the great experience the first time.

Re-Bath of the Triad was professional and showed me everything I had questions about. The price was a little too high for what I wanted. I would recommend them, they were pretty honest.

I don't have any complaints about them. There were two men working. One of them didn't understand plumbing the way he should have. I liked the idea that their work is insured as long as I live in the house. If anything goes wrong with the work, they will come back and fix it at no cost. The people I dealt with were all pleasant. They did a fairly quick job.

Over all, the experience was ok, The "salesman was a gentleman in all respects, but telling us $22,000 initially, then one minute later telling us they would do the job for $17,000 was totally unacceptable and in my personal opinion, very questionable ethically, and unprofessional..

We spent $19,000. I thought the price was too high. They do exactly what the contract says they will do and nothing else. The sales person promised things that he did not put on the contract and they said that they would not do it. I think that he kind of oversaw that. They had promised to do some extra things but it was not on the contract and so they did not do it. On the contract it was printed in bold letters that they will honor what the contract says. It was my fault that I did not read it carefully. They were here when they said they would be here. The quality of the work was good. The guy was real nice. I will not use this company in the future.

We joined Angie's List to check their references. We thought the price was fair. They did what they said they'd do and when they said they would do it.

Appearance of both bathrooms has held up great after several years. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled. I now see a couple of shortcuts that are causing some issues, but overall these are minor and can be corrected by using a little extra caulking.

He was awesome, it was very extravagant. He was very good to clean up after himself and he gave me a lifetime warranty. He did an excellent job and they were very professional.

The work took a little longer than they had told us it would, but that was because they ran into a few problems with the flooring that was unexpected. It was a minor repair and the installer did it without overcharging. He was very professional and careful not to make a mess. He cleaned up after he was done.

I LIKED THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HONEST PEOPLE. THEY WERE UP FRONT WITH ME, AND TOLD ME WHAT THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE, AND HOW LONG IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TO GET THE BATHROOM DONE. THEY DID GREAT WORK.

IN MY OPINION, THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY HIGH, BUT THEY DID SOME VERY GOOD WORK. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, AND COURTEOUS. THEY MADE SURE TO LEAVE NO MESS BEHIND.

THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON EVERYTHING. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE GOING TO INSTALL A NEW SHOWER IN MY OTHER BATHROOM.

The man was very good, polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. The job was done in a timely manner. The final cost was close to the estimate.
