Pro Air Duct

They were very unprofessional. They should reach out the clients most of the time and advice me a day before if they were coming or not.

This was the worst company that I have dealt with. I paid my money they cleaned my dryer vent and about 4 weeks later had water coming out of my dryer. Called the company to come out they came out and said there was no problem. 1 week later water again on the floor from the dryer and had to do something. Called 2 roofers to look at my roof. No issue's. Had a dryer person come out since my dryer has a service plan and he confirmed that the dryer was working as it should. Called the vent company again left a message with a answering service to call back. Next morning no call back. I called the first time and was hung up on. Second time talked to a so called manager and he told me they had been out there 2 times and would not come back out again. It was not there issue. I called another company and they looked at it and couldn't believe what they saw. Pictures to come. Had the issue fixed from the new company. Send pictures to the 1st Vent company and not response. Called a min of 10 times and have my number blocked. Very rude people on phone and could have killed us with what they did to our dryer vent.
