I purchased their deal for $6,000 for a complete furnace and ac unit install with the understanding that I would have to pay extra for ductwork. First, Ricky wanted to charge me to come to Eden to do the estimate. I refused. A few weeks later when I contacted him, he showed up alone with no ladder so he could not go into the attic. Then he told me he would have to come back two more times first with his partner then with an electrician to give me the total cost. I told him I needed them all to come at once. Then he texted me a quote of $14,500. When I inquired why there was an additional $8500 to add duct work he said he'd work with me. I asked for a phone call but never got one. Subsequently received a text indicating the price of $14,500 was the best he could do. Will NEVER do business with this company!!!

R & M were very professional. They gave excellent service, were prompt and cleaned up after their work. When a glitch was encountered, they worked through it to complete the job. I am very pleased with their work.

Ricky called me right away and was able to come on the same day. He was very nice and professional. He saved me and my pets from the hot and humid house. I will be hiring him again for maintenance and any HVAC needs at my house.
