+ -1 moreI had an appointment with Mr Sullivan to come by and give me an estimate on removing some roof stains on my home plus possibly other jobs such as cleaning gutters, brick, sidewalk, and driveway. He made the appointment for the weekend (4/1/12), he never showed up nor did he call to inform he wasn't coming by therefore wasting my day waiting on him.
Description of Work: Mr Sullivan of Pressure Washing Pro didn't perform any services for me because he never showed up for his appointment.

Description of Work: HE PRESSURE WASHED ALL THE TRUM ON OUR BRICK VENEERED HOUSE. HE ALSO WASHED THE DECK AND PUT TWO COATS OF SEALER ON IT.
