the job went smoothly; not too long. And he was punctual; even called 15 minutes ahead to confirm.

New spring fitted without any problems. Work was so fast that we also did a full service on both door mechanisms. Doors now operate smoother and quieter than when originally installed.

The work was favourable. The cost of the service was reasonable. I found them on Angie's list and I had used them a long time ago, years ago and they were good. So when I saw them on Angie's list, I said okay I will use them again. and it was reasonable. Garage doors are those things you don't call people for until you have a problem.

They were very polite, kind and efficient. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. The price was very good. Because I’m an older person, the responsiveness and the politeness, he explained exactly what he was going to do and I appreciated that.

I was charged $40. for the service call (including my Angie's List discount), which was fair. However, I was charged $194.00 for the 30-minute installation of the gear & sprocket kit, which sells on Amazon.com for $24.40 (with free shipping). While I understand that they need to make a profit, I feel I was taken advantage of. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Great service! Called the day prior, late in the afternoon, and appointment set for the very next day. Cliff showed up on time, reviewed the issues and then clearly outlined options to fix / repair. Never felt like he was trying to sell anything, but was providing advice and recommendations. Repairs were completed quickly and all up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and extremely focused on me, the customer. My other door is in good shape but when it needs updating, no doubt who I will call!

In 2016 I wrote a review of Precision in which I emphasized the niceness of their technician. Well, it must be a point of emphasis in their hiring, because Kody, the technician for this job, was, if anything, even nicer. It was a cold, rainy Friday night, and he must have been suffering out there, but he was an extreme pleasure to work with, and did an excellent job. Overall, I have been very impressed with Precision both times we used them. The price is a little inflated because we wanted an opener with a battery backup, but the new opener is working like a charm, and I would most certainly recommend Precision to others.

Scheduled service call with ease. Service provider was on time and efficient. Replaced garage door opener and installed new outdoor keypad and indoor pad. Garage door now operates smoothly with minimal sound.Price was excellent with ANGIE'S LIST special pricing.

After a small disagreement over price quoted on phone the technician went out of his way to make things right, The technician was very professional and responsive in his matter and knowledge. They also called before coming and were on time, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of garage door work performed.

My garage door was falling apart and they came out the same day I called to look at it. They gave me an estimate and made an appointment for the install within a few days. They came as promised and did a great job installing the door.

The service that I received was excellent and completely over and above what I had expected. My service technician, Kyle, was a super nice guy. Not only was he friendly and polite, but he was extremely professional. More importantly, he arrived on time, and I was extremely impressed that Precision Overhead Door was able to accomodate the service request the same day. Kyle worked very efficiently, and he cleaned up after the job was finished. I will certainly be calling them when I am need of replacing my garage door opener because they provide the very best customer service. I only wish that they had been the company to install the garage door originally because their competitor, that installed the door originally, was going to take a week or more to even get a service technician to my house which was completely unacceptable. Honestly, the pricing was fair considering that the products and service comes with a limited lifetime warranty which, to me, is well worth the extra cost. Also, Precision Overhead Door's quality of materials used in comparison to their competition completely indicates that they put a great deal of emphasis and importance on providing materials that are designed to last. As a consumer, I do not mind paying more for better products and service. So, Precision Overhead Door has gained a new and loyal customer.

It took them five or six hours. There were no issues.

Kyle & Josh called 15 minutes prior to arrival within the time window set by their home office. They walked me through the options on the door service (without being pushy) which ranged from replacing the spring through a full maintenance package (rollers etc.). They also tested the spring on our other door & performed a service check. We ended up replacing just the spring, since we're likely moving later this year. The work was done quickly, tested well (stopped door at different heights) and confirmed with me. All around a great job - nice work & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors.

Their tech was scheduled for later in the afternoon but called late morning and asked could he come earlier. It worked out better that he did as both my husband and myself were there. After discussing the problem and cost, he then suggested we replace the whole mechanism across the top so that it would be all be new and would be covered under their warranty. This is what we had planned to discuss with him and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product and service. He was never pushy just helpful. He finished up in a hour, as promised and even managed to to locate a old remote from a system he had previously removed so that we would have the extra one we needed. It's things like that that customers remember and appreciate and recommend your company to other people. Great service, great people and reasonable prices.
