Description of Work: Hired for garage door tune-up through an Angie's list "special promotion". During tune up learned that the chain operating the door movement was very loose and could not be tightened due to wear and tare (almost 20 years old) of a bolt. I got up on a ladder to see and confirm the diagnosis. He offered a "deal" to replace the entire system (not the door) and we took it. So what was to cost $99 ended up costing $600 with a military discount applied. The technician was very professional and offered us a number of ways to finance this unexpected expense, but we decided to just pay in full and get it over with! He admitted that they charge a bit more than others, but the warranty on parts was very generous. (I think it was a lifetime warranty, but I can't be positively sure). Before arriving, the technician contacted us several times to let us know when he would arrive as he was experiencing delays. I would recommend them..
