+ 0 moreI had one company come to quote the job and they called to tell me that it was not worth their time. I was expecting to pay around $600-$700 so I was surprised about their response. I happened to see Pete's yard sign one day and in desperation I called. Pete came out 2 days later, told me what he could do and gave me a quote. I told him that I was very concerned and needed it done asap. He started the next day. His price was MUCH less that I expected to spend and the job he did exceeded my expectations. To be clear, Pete is a one-man show. He is very reliable and his is very fair in pricing jobs.
Description of Work: Pieces of sheetrock were coming loose from my garage ceiling due to poor installation. Sheetrock was literally hanging down over my cars. Pete came and secured the sheetrock, removed broken pieces and replaced damage. Patched everything but most importantly he did the job correctly so I will not have to be concerned about this again. Then he cleaned up the garage. Very impressed with his efforts.
