The house is empty (ready for sale) and so I was able to have both inside and outside sprayed. I payed $190 for this....and it took the technician about 30 minutes to do the whole house. I would give the service an A, and the pricing an F. In my judgement, this is way overpriced for some chemicals and 30 minutes of work.

The company was able to send their bee expert right away. He identified the problem, explained the solution, and took care of it on the spot! I wish all problems vanished so easily! I am an extremely satisfied customer.

They come every three months. They ask if I have seen any bug, they spray indoor and outdoor and they even clean the eaves with this long brush to get the cobwebs out. We have a yearly contract, we renew every year. I will continue to use them until something should happen.

Everything was great, we purchased an older home that needed a lot of renovations done. During some renovation work we started to see a lot of spiders everywhere. We purchased PMSI's treatment and it got rid of all of our spider issues.

We had seen a LOT of large spiders near the house that were freaking out visitors; this issue was resolved.

First, I spoke with three representatives in the office before I had the service. Each of them was friendly, courteous, and professional. They listened well and asked pertinent questions. They called back promptly when they needed to get back with me about something. The provider of the service was punctual, friendly,enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.. He took his time and was very thorough. Although the service was just performed yesterday and he told me it might take several days before I would see results, the small ants seem to be gone already. He said that the spray the company uses is safe for pets. I was very happy with the service and would use them again readily.

They are a good company. We got bed bugs from used books in the library. On a Saturday morning we realized what the problem was and we were flying out to go stay with relatives the next Saturday. They were able to respond in like two days. They heat up the whole house to like 125 degrees for like 5 hours. So its a big ordeal. The home power lines can't handle it so they used transformers and generators. They took care of the problem.

First let me say I hope nobody ever has to deal with bedbugs but if you do these guys should be your first call. Pest Mangement was the second pest company we called and I am so glad I called them. The person from the first company told me that I would have to get rid of my sons bedroom furniture. I had already removed the mattresses and box springs but I did not want to have to throw away their furniture as well. Don with Pest Management came to my home explained everything they would do and told me it was not necessary to throw away my furniture. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about the situation. Pest Management treated my whole house for the same price that the other company was going to charge me for only treating part of my house. The day of the treatment 2 men showed up on time and walked me through everything they were going to go. They stayed at my house the whole day during the treatment and afterwards they put everything back where it belonged. I came home in the middle of the day and they took into the house and it was hot. When they got ready to leave they opened all my windows for me so that my house could begin cooling down. Don came back 3 weeks after the treatment for a follow up inspection and thank goodness we are bedbug free. I would highly recommend this company for any pest needs and I will be calling them first for now on.

Happens that day was damp, which I understand was a good day to kill bees. They stay in the nest. Provider used two different powders to kill the bee nest.

It was difficult to get an appointment scheduled soon as they only have two technicians who work in the Winston Salem area. However, they were punctual and professional. We were not available to ask many questions about their "green" methods but I plan to do so next time. We have seen hardly any bugs since they came, however it got cold soon after so not sure how much is due to the treatments vs the weather change. We plan to continue using them and see how insects are in the spring and summer.

We are very pleased with the service that we received as well as the overall end result of the installation. They originally said it would take them 3 days to complete the work and they were able to get the job done in two days. They were very professional and responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. I would continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend using this company.

It went great. I just moved into the home which is over 40 years old. It hasn't been lived in for over 2 years. I was definitely concerned about spiders, ants, roaches, etc. Pest Management addressed my concerns, explained what was found and how they treated the home. Feel very comfortable that my house is "Pest Free" now.

Very punctual, very professional, and honest. They are expensive, but I sense that they are more or less in line with the market, at least the top-end of it. My only nag: they need to educate and inform their customers more regarding anti-termite choices, pros and cons. I found out later that the treatment I was sold as "definitely the best" is not necessarily so--not that it isn't good, but that it by no means is the only obvious option. My fault for being uninformed, but it would definitely be a point in their favor if they would help the customer make an informed decision as well.

Bugs weren't seen for two to four weeks but will return occasionally because I have not 'squirted' cement as she suggested behind the refrigerator in the room I discussed and of course can't perform the job well behind the two furnaces, water softener in that same room.

It went very well. Knowledgeable, quick response, solved my spider and ant problem.

I've been using them for two years. It is contracted for preventive treatment. Their process is consistent and has been effective. It is an annual contract. I will continue to use them.

We don't have any problems with bugs and they go out of their way to examine for pest. They are very good.

Pest Management had to make two trips in July in order to finally get rid of our ants. This is not unusual to have several applications before results start to kick in. Since the 2nd application our kitchen is now ant free. We have Pest Managment on a yearly contract. We looked at other pest services before we hired Pest Management. All of them charge basicallly the same amount of money. The quarterly fee that we pay of $75.00 is in our estimation fairly high for ant control but since we tried every method we knew of to rid the ants ourselves, without success, we had no choice but to bite the bullet and hire a service. The Pest Management people that we have dealt with have been very professional and nice to deal with and we would recommend them.

Yellow jackets had built a nest behind our back porch light. The technician took off the light fixture and sprayed into the wall and also removed the light switch inside and sprayed behind that. He also used a delay kill powder. He was very thorough and professional and we are happy to report that they are history.
