needed someone to handle rental of condo not in my home town. after talking to several management groups was glad to talk to someone who didn't nickel and dime me to death and give me cost up front. meet with agent in person in her office in greensboro and she answered my questions and made a few recommendations. paper work was signed and I was out of the office in under 1hr. staff was very polite and helpful in follow-up.

Getting them to do something on the property has been complicated. About six months ago, one of the sinks broke and we contacted them to put a work order in. They said it would be fixed and they sent a plumber out to fix it. They said they were going to be covering it and then they ended up billing it to us. The bill was ridiculous. Had we known that, we would have replaced the sink ourselves. We told them that they were responsible for it based on our contract. For the next two months, whenever we sent in our rent check they said that we owed them. Basically, they deducted the cost of the repair from our rent check. Eventually it worked itself out. That, or they're going to take it out of our deposit and we'll have to have a discussion then. They were not forthright with us. Rent is cheap, like a lot of cheap rentals around here. When we eventually do move, I don't think I would move to another rental that they are in charge of.
