"This customer was informed that i had a family emergency (my child was in the hospital for a week) and was very rood as well as disrespectful with no consideration for others personal life. Any one that no's about staining no's its not a over night processes. I was bombarded with very disrespectful texts wile in the hospital with my child. I returned all of the (Member name removed)family's belongings yet i was still told that they where filing a report on me (why?). I find it to be very troubling that this customer had the nerve to write anything about me seeing that 75% of the work was done. The last straw was when my insurance company called me and told me she call and filed a report on me wile i was still working in the home. It was said i damaged there home but in actuality We where replacing the items that was so called damaged. It was stated on my contract that your deposit was non-refundable ( witch was only $350) so maybe you should think about treating people with respect other than your personal servants in the future! P.S. My father died for this country so i have the up most respect for our military and i think its sad on your part that you would even bring your service for our country in this business deal gone bad!! P.s.s. To (Member name removed)i think your a great person and im truly sorry if i caused you and the kids inconvenience but your wife is to over baring and disrespectful.
