Description of Work: Signed up for the 3-spray deal. Made a huge difference, but I never knew when they were coming as they never called to let me know. I have 3 dogs and wanted to make sure they were in during the spray time.

Description of Work: They come out and spray, the mosquito population drops dramatically for two to three weeks. When I start noticing more mosquitoes, They come out again. We are on a 21 day cycle, so it works well for us. They treat 7-8 months of the year.

Description of Work: I called the provider to make an appointment and they realized they could not service my area and it had not been blacked out. Their deal said "Durham" but parts of my city are serviced by another provider so they cannot do it. They were very nice and apologetic.

Description of Work: The company contacted me by phone and said that they could not provide service for the zip code I wanted treated. The woman was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended that I contact the Angie's list Help desk/

Description of Work: On 5/14/13, I contacted the provider and inquire about have services done at my residence. I asked if I could paid for 3 treatment instead on two. I was informed my the caller that I could and the cost would be $147.00, which I charged to my VISA card. When I receive a call back from the company to schedule the treatment, another person on the line advised me that I could only get two treatment instead of three but that I could additional treatment for the same price of $49.00 as a gift. When I asked if I could get the gift for my live in daugther she said NO... The caller advised me to contact Angie List and ask for a refund for the third treatment, which I'm doing now..

Description of Work: They sprayed a mosquito treatment in the front yard only--did not spray the entire yard which was not what I thought would occur. Mosquitos are back already, but not as bad as neighbors.

Description of Work: This is not a cheap service, but the process they use works better than anything I've tried to kill misquitoes. They use a plant based spray, eco-friendly, without a strong smell that rids the parameter of my property from the majority of misquitoes. I pay for an entire season, they spray every 21 days. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend the company.
