If anyone needs something gone they should call Miller Services. Efficient and effective.

By the time I had called Miller Services I had already had 2 A/C professionals out. Neither could definitively tell me what was wrong with my unit. One charged me for a service call and said I just needed freon. I still had problems. The next said my freon was fine, but suggested I clean the coils. I still had problems. Only the technician at Miller Services took the time to check the wires and connections within the unit. He found the problem. He advised me that a valave may need to be replaced, but it did not need to be replaced now. I found them to be efficient and honest. I would definitely recommed them.

Came promptly and fixed the issue. Satisfied with their service. Price was reasonable.

Charles Miller came out the same day that I called him and even though another company had told me that our a/c system was completely "gone" and that we needed a new one, Charles had a part in his truck that he "tried" and got our a/c running until he could get back to us and install a new system. And considering it's been in the 90's lately, Charles Miller was truly an answer to our prayers! I don't know how we would have survived these past weeks WITHOUT air conditioning! I have told everybody I know about Charles Miller himself, how professional he is, plus how quickly and courteously he and his crew installed our new a/c and furnace.

Came to my house and arrived as he said he would, looked over job, gave price, which was very fair. I asked him to do the job and he told me he sould start and finish on a Thursday. He arrived on Thursday, installed heat pump and updated some of the old duct work. He had job completed by around 4:00 PM. I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. When Charles Miller and Mike installed a new heat pump system in my home, they had so much to do to make it fit right and to update my 28 year old home to the current codes. They did it all with a quiet, steady grace. They left my home better than they found it. Just a beautiful job. My new heat pump works great and I'm very happy with it. My mother who was visiting during this time said she could tell that Charles and Mike were serious, dedicated, conscientious workers. I could not say it better! I'm so appreciative of their help at an incredibly fair price and with a great warranty. I highly recommend Miller Services!

Charles is not only an excellent HVAC professional, he is a man of integrity. He runs his business with a strong ethical foundation and treats his clients with care and respect. Charles spent nearly 30 minutes with me on the phone during the initial call. He spent an hour at my home when he gave his estimate. Charles is a no-pressure, client-centered professional. When he installed my new heat pump unit, he went the extra mile to think about how he would like the unit if it were his home. I would recommend Miller Services highly to anyone!

Miller Services were extremely prompt and their services were reasonably priced. Thier prices were the best of the three companies that I called for quotes and i was extremely satisfied with their skills and workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent. Miller responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and was at my house to repair the furnace within 1/2 hour. The furnace was back working in less than one hour and all this took place on a Friday evening after 9:00 PM. I highly recommend Miller Services!!!

Mr. Miller was the first of the 3 contractors to return my call and he was willing to come out and diagnose my heat pump despite inclement weather (snow). He returned the next morning, diagnosed the problem and quickly had the repair completed. A true professional!

Refreshingly different and straightforward contractor for this area. Knowing this area of trade from previous jobs, it has been very frustrating to find contractors such as Miller Services that will fix and repair you system, rather than try to take advantage of situations.
