MICHAEL COOK

The best decision we could have made in buying our home in North Carolina was working with Michael Cook. It's hard enough to buy or sell a home but Michael made it absolutely stress-free. Always personable, always helpful, never pushing us to make a decision. We made three trips to Greensboro and during that time Michael devoted several hours of every day we were here to help us in finding our next home. We could not have been happier. Even remotely Michael was there for us with e-mail and telephone calls, sometimes just checking in to see how we were doing. We closed on our NC home April 30 but were unable to be in our new home until June 1. After we closed on our home, amazingly, Michael was still there for us. I asked him if he would look after the house and bring our mail into the house which he did two or three times every week. We had a pest control appointment in May; Michael was there to let him into our home. He went as far as mowing and edging our grass in the entire yard a couple times. And when we moved into our home much to our surprise was a book telling us all about Greensboro. All because this is a person who truly cares for his clients in a way that clearly sets him apart from others in his profession. I highly recommend Michael Cook to anyone buying or selling real estate in the greater Greensboro area.
