I couldn't have asked for anything better. He started the same day he came over to give me an estimate. The project was completed in less than 24 hours. Tony and his crew were great! I will definitely use them again for my next upcoming project.

The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The fountain is working and the area looks great. My wife and I are extremely pleased and highly recomend Medina Concrete to anyone who wants really great results at a reasonable price.

We have a wide walkway across the front of the house which is a low point, below the level of the yard, behind a retaining wall. Walkway had cracked and sunken, pooling water below the level of the drain in the wall, the wall was crumbling and had to replaced as well, water coming into crawl space. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful in analyzing the situation and making recommendations; his original estimate - $1600 - was lowest of three, but the job entailed more than he anticipated. The old concrete was heavily reinforced with wire mesh which took much longer to remove, the earth underneath had subsided and eroded half a foot deeper, which had to be filled and compacted; and the footing for the retaining wall had to be a foot wider, with vertical rebar set per the mason's instructions. He charged an additional $250 for all, but was still below the next best estimate. Excellent work overall, good coordination with the mason for the wall, excellent sloping to drain properly, good dispersal of excess soil and cleanup.

I got Tony Medina's name from Angie's list & called him 7/16 in the morning. He came out to Stokesdale that early afternoon and gave me an estimate. He was extremely polite and professional, explaining the ins and outs of the project. I accepted his proposal and he and his crew arrived around 8AM the next morning and got right to work. It looked like a beehive of activity from start to finish - they only took one short break in the morning for water. While most of the crew was working on the path, another solitary worker was digging out and laying the footings. By 1 o'clock both projects were completed. Clean up was immaculate.. in fact, they took the dirt that they dug up to create the pathway and moved it to another section in the yard to create a small garden area that is now yielding our Halloween pumpkins. Tony then gave us his advice on how to "cure" the concrete pathway and prevent chalking and how to go about setting the stones on the footings that I would be doing myself. The pathway, once it cured, matched the driveway perfectly, even down to the scrollwork that the original builder had etched in the driveway. He made sure that it drained away from the house and left us room on both sides to landscape if we wished. At the end of the pathway, we were adding a ramp that would go up to our deck and Tony made sure that it lined up properly with the deck and was the correct distance from the deck so that the ramp's angle of ascent was according to code. Clean up was spotless. Two months later, our ramp is installed and the entire project looks and performs first rate. We refered Tony to a relative who needed her driveway widened and she also went with Tony and had a similiar favorable experience.

The job went very well and exactly as agreed upon. Tony and his crew were very prompt in arriving and worked steadily and efficiently on what turned out to be two of the hottest days of the summer.

They had the pad done within three hours. I would recommend him to anyone getting any concrete work done. I am using them again for two other upcoming projects, including my driveway.

Tony and crew were here at exactly 8 am as promised with a Bobcat and everything else they needed. The work was done in half the the time we expected. (Also, his estimate - which was exactly what he charged - was about half of what we expected to pay.) The main reason that we are so happy is because of the result. Water flows off the area very slowly and evenly. I cannot believe that anyone could have done a better job.
