+ -1 moreI made severl attempts to contact the company. No one was available to answer the phone. After leaving several messages (3-4)., I finally gave up and contacted Built-Rite well and drilling Who responded to me right away.

Description of Work: removed old leaking well lines and foot valve, installed new submersible pump, new lines and wiring, new tank, raised well head above ground to meet current codes

+ -1 moreResidential well went dry. Had to dig 4th well with aid of state geologist survey. Now I have water. Jones company very responsive and concerned.
Description of Work: I have had to dig 4 wells (live on granite rock. Jones Well and Pump very responsive and professional. Even brought out emergency water to fill dry well for use. We finally arrived at using state geologist to help us find the 4th well. I can recommend this company and the state geologist.

+ -1 morePump broke on a Saturday night. No water to the house. Called the office phone number and left a voice mail. They called me back on Sunday morning and we set appointment for Monday @ 9:00a.m. * They offered to come out on a Sunday, but like most plumbers it was time and a half. * Workers were at the house at 9:00 a.m. and all work was completed by 10:30 a.m. It wasn't a easy job. They did a wonderful job with a great work staff. Would recommended this company.
Description of Work: Replaced pump in well and replaced holding tank under the house.
