Thanks to Donna at Home Advisor for her great assistance. I have a multi-faceted problem with work performed by a licensed contractor after Hurricane Michael. Don Johnson is a pro roofing inspector, personable, capable and effective. His report was in my email in a few hours though that level of fast service was not requested. The report is complete, provides photo evidence, and is easy to read and understand. I am beyond satisfied with Home Advisor and Don Johnson.

The Inspectors arrived on time and was very, very thorough in their inspection. This was the first time we've used an inspector for an investment property and we are glad that we did. He was able to see in places that we could not or would not have recognized as a potential issue. We will certainly use him again in the future.

I have never used a home inspector previously, but I am glad that I hired Johnson Properties and Inspections and stayed with him during the lengthy home inspection. Mr. Johnson is a very thorough and knowledgeable inspector and provided a detailed inspection report with color pictures by email within 24 hours. The radon and water testing results were also quite useful, but took longer to return since the tests have to be sent out. Although not all items had to be addressed before closing, I now have an informed idea of all items relevant to my purchase and a to do list for items that I will need to take care of in the future.
