Great. Cost of the service was the best we could get. Owner, project manager and workers were very professional. No spills or paint drops anywhere. Used sprayers for ceilings and provided for room to room filtering so that paint wasn't drawn into air vents and distributed into other rooms. No residual dust or paint. Started and finished as promised. Well pleased.

Made contact with Mr. Johnson. Received call right away to schedule walk through for all details. Jeremiah showed up, took detailed notes for proposal. Within a couple of days I received email with proposal quotes for interior & exterior. Date scheduled was 6.29.2013. Received call from office - current job was taking longer than expected & could they come out July 1st. 7.1.2013 8:00AM sharp - his crew was here - he explained in detail to foreman what needed to be done room by room. Crew laid down covers on all floors, moved furniture & covered very well. Took down all switch plates & got to work filling all the nail holes in all walls, spackle, sand, & paint. Most of the house was completed. Angel (foreman), advised me that hall would need a 3rd coat of paint & they would be back the next day to complete inside. 7.2.2013 Right on time - Angel & another member came in to finish painting including my office. When finished, they took up all floor coverings, took them outside, swept floors, & left our house the way they found it. Fantastic job on interior. Exterior hasn't been touched yet due to weather which has been very uncooperative. I can't wait to see the outside when Jeremiah's team is able to complete. I do have high hopes because of the great job performance on the interior. In closing if you want a company that sets high expectations for themselves & shows it with their performance, then Johnson Paint Company is who you need to use. Our overall experience with Johnson Paint Co. was fantastic! After researching companies on Angie's List, I contacted Johnson Paint Co. via email to request a quote. Jeremiah responded immediately and arranged a time the following day to stop by to evaluate our needs. He quickly assessed the situation and provided guidance to help us achieve the best outcome. I received a comprehensive quote via email the following morning. After comparing quotes from four companies, we selected the Johnsons due to their prompt, professional service and competitive pricing. We scheduled the work to begin the following week. Angel and her crew arrived on time, and after reviewing the job details with me, I signed the contract and provided the down payment. The crew proceeded to cover the hardwoods and move and protect our furniture with the utmost care. After Angel identified a potential problem with the trim color I selected, she quickly consulted me to resolve the issue to ensure that I would be completely satisfied with the results. They completed the job on time, as scheduled, with no issues - just great results! They are truly professionals, who take pride in their work, and are committed to excellence. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and service orientation. I highly recommend them and plan to call them for all future painting needs.

Jeremiah is a great guy to work with. He pressure washed my house, and painted my kitchen. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future.

The crew did a great job on the paint. We did have a little confusion about the master bath, but Jeremiah made good on his word and overall they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this painter and would use them again. They were contacted me ahead of time to see if they could start the work early which worked out great for us, and they finished the entire project in 1 day! The folks that did the work were pleasant and worked very hard.

My experience with them was good. They did a nice job. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I don't have any complaints at all. It was a long time from the beginning when I contacted them until the start of the job. That would be the only thing that I really didn't like. And they told me when they started that they were pretty booked right then. And I wasn't in a great hurry, but I guess it took more time than I thought. But they did a really nice job. They did a really great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I specifically liked the fact that they cleaned up so well each time they worked. And they left me paint, the color that was used, in case I ever needed to do any touch-up. I thought the price was perhaps a little more than what I had anticipated, but not much.

They were punctually and provided a very professional job. They said they would only take a day and a half and they held to that. Even thought they ran out of some of the paint colors and had to buy more they didn't charge me extra. Overall a job very well done.

Johnson Painting did a great job. They showed up on time and did outstanding work. They also put everything back in place afterwards. The house was neat and clean when they left. Very professional people, highly recommended.

This is an excellent paint company. They came out to give a bid and were very professional in detailing the services they could offer. We went with them and selected a date for the job. They were right on time and did a wonderful job of protecting furnishings and ceiling fans. They do a fantastic job of making sure that everything is covered and protected.....taking the extra steps to do the job right. They completed the job in two days and what fantastic work they did. The patched up some drywall problems, replaced all the caulking between the ceiling and crown molding, put two coats of paint on the walls, did an excellent job of trim work were we requested it, and overall did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to use Jeremiah and his team again. What true professionals!

Jeremiah was very quick to respond to our call for an estimate. He came out a few days later and emailed us the quote the next day. We closed on our house on Thursday and he was there Friday morning, ready to work. His crew was starting a new job on Monday, so he had to work quickly, but was able to complete the whole job in 2 days. The paint looks gorgeous, the trim and ceilings look fantastic, and he went above and beyond the work we hired him to do. He called Saturday morning to advise us that we had accidentally left our refrigerator unplugged and to report water all over the floor. He cleaned up the water for us and, knowing our new carpet was to be installed the next week, went ahead and removed all the carpet on the stairs and much of the carpet around the baseboards to make things easier for the installers. He noticed a spot on the hallway wall that wasn't to his standard and made his crew repair it. He even helped us carry boxes in while we were moving in! At the last minute (while he was at the house, ready to start the job) we asked him if he could include the closets and he was able to do that with no problem. We also noticed he asked his crew to remove their shoes while walking through our kitchen. We could not have asked for a better experience!

They fixed a mess left by another ceiling painter and repaired tape seams on the ceiling and walls. This is the fourth time I have used their services. They are experts in painting and the results are always extemely well done with the best paint and materials. They completed the job when they said they would. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Promptly arrived on time to review work to be done and to provide estimate. Agreed with estimate and I was given an estimated time frame of 3 weeks for work to begin. 3 weeks later, work started. Four people arrived right at scheduled time including Jeremiah [owner], Jeremiah's sister and two of Jeremiah's work crew. They carefully moved furniture, taped down paper on the floor to protect the floor, and started working. Furniture was covered with plastic as was the chandelier in the dining room where one of the trey ceilings was to be painted. They removed everything from the walls to be painted [wall plug covers; toilet paper holders; light fixtures -- in other words, they didn't paint around things. They removed what they reasonably could and then replaced them when the painting was completed.] The work was completed the next day. Everything was cleaned up extremely well and furniture was moved back in place. They did a beautiful job. Included in the price were all materials including a high quality paint. I highly recommend them and am already scheduled to use them again in the Spring for some outside work.

I had a deadline because of an event I was hosting at my house. Jeremiah responded promptly, assured me that he could get the work done in time for my event -- although it was short notice -- and showed up exactly when he said he would. He looked at the wall and said he could repair it without having to repaint, which he did, and even showed me how to install the brackets in case I have another such problem. He charged $75 for the trip and the work he did. He was cheerful and efficient. I appreciated his honesty in saying that I did not need the more extensive work to repair the wall. I'll definitely call him again.

Dealing with Johnson Paint was smooth and pleasant. The work they did was excellent and actually cost less than the estimate. I will probably have them back for another job in the spring.

First of all, Jeremiah and his sister responded within a couple hours of my request, scheduled a walk thru for the following day, and I had an estimate within 24 hours of my initial request. The estimate was fair, they were extremely polite and easy to work with, and they did a terrific job. I was asking for the job to start and be finished within the next few days, and they not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. They matched our paint and painted 5 interior room walls and molding. The outcome was exactly what we wanted, and they couldn't have been easier to work with. I had reached out to other painters and been given recommendations by neighbors, but kept getting put off, the other groups couldn't work around my fiancé and my work schedule and were sometimes rude. Johnson Painting was exactly the opposite, and I am extremely grateful. Highly recommend using them for their service and performance.

Johnson Paint Company Group Inc were excellent and very helpful and on time. I did not use them. We didn't get as far as picking out the paint. I told them what I wanted and they told me what they recommended. They were responsive and professional.

We are very pleased with the performance of the entire crew from Johnson Paint Company Group Inc. All work was completed as quoted with expert advice and guidance along the way. The work, cleanup and communication was excellent! As we encountered challenges along the way (weather, some wood that needed replacement), the communication was always timely and very helpful. They are truly experts and professionals. Jeremiah was onsite daily checking progress and keeping us up to date on progress. We were so pleased with the result and the experience that we expanded the original project and are on the schedule for the next project!

Jeremiah and his crew are great. Our living room/dining room was old 70's faux wood paneling and the kitchen cabinets were the original ones. The transformation is amazing. The crew came in and started taping everything and even moved the furniture. The current job the crew is working on is going great. Jeremiah is on time when you call for an estimate, very friendly and personable. His sister and crew are great to work with as well. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Do hire this company. Called some others on Angie's List. Johnson was the only one to return our calls. We felt lucky to have him.

Mr. Johnson arrived at our house on time to provide the estimate for the work we needed , he presented himself in a professional and personal manner. My first impression was that he would provide us with an outstanding product and he did not disappoint us . On the day he was scheduled to start the work he arrived early with his team ready to go too work. He made a point of going over everything we had discussed and what we wanted done , he explained what his team was going to do and gave us a estimated time when they would be completed. In fact his team completed the work ahead of schedule and we were more then impressed with the quality of the paint job . This is the best paint job we have ever seen and one of our best experiences with a contractor . his team left the area cleaner then when they had started. We have no issues with recommending Mr. Johnson to anyone we know and will for sure use his services again when we need them

They are excellent craftsmen. Their work is truly superior. I will always use them for painting projects. This was the third project at my house and it worked out quite well as I expected.

The process went very well - they estimated and then were on time once the appointment was made. They were quick and clean.

Mr. Johnson went over every aspect of the job with us before and during to be sure we agreed on the work that was being done . Because our house is more than 60 years old, as Mr. Johnson pointed out the imperfections, we decided that there were additional repairs we wanted done to our walls and ceilings in the living room, hall, and kitchen. We approved these repairs as the job proceeded. The sheet rock work was excellent and we are very pleased with how our "old" walls and ceilings look -- especially with the wonderful paint job that his crew also did. The crew was friendly,very professional and worked hard. They all were dog-friendly, too, which helped our little poodle adjust to all the commotion for three days. The crew also was careful to protect our furniture, carpet, floors, and appliances. Although we ended up paying more for the job than expected, it was because of the extra work we requested. As we gaze around our rooms, we know that the money we spent was well worth it. Now our ceilings and walls look like new! We highly recommend Mr. Johnson and his crew, and we will definitely use them again when needed.
