They promised to have the quote back in 7 days or less and we never received it. I have called and left several messages asking when we will get a quote. We have never received a call back. They were very nice when they came out, but you would think they would have the courtesy to return phone calls. If they don't want to do the job they should communicate that to us.

I was very impressed with the Johnsons all around. The bid was detailed and Jeremiah went over everything with me again in depth as we walked the house right before they began working. He was very concerned that we be happy and came by a few times every day to see how things were going. I appreciated having the person who gave me the bid so involved in the job. His crew was quiet, respectful, clean, and they did a wonderful job. They took pictures of rooms before anything was moved so that they knew how to put the rooms back together. I will definitely use this company again.

Mr. Johnson is a very friendly guy and a very detail guy. He will take the job very seriously. Excellent attitude and great job done. He came early for the first appointment and on time for the second appointment regardless the heavy snow. He took care of the big hole in my ceiling and a small hole in upstairs bedroom. Paint the living room, 2 bedrooms beautifully. He even shoveled the snow for me. That is a surprise. I highly recommend this company.

The walls in the living room & foyer look great. Was very professional & courteous. His guys were very clean & quiet. Cleaned up at end of 1st day & was back the next day on time. I would recommend them to anyone wanting the job done right & on time. I am getting him to do the master bedroom/bathroom & kitchen next.

Mr. & Mrs. Johnson are professional and were very thorough / detailed with their bid. Work started when promised. I work form home and I'm on the phone most of the day, and although there were 5 workers in my home, I did not hear a sound during the 2 days they were on site. They were polite, careful moving and covering furniture, and cleaned each day when they were done. Oh, and the quality of the work is great! I will certainly call use them in the future.

Mr. Johnson is great to work with in all respects. His bid was thorough and detailed, and was used as the guide for the paint crew. Mrs. Johnson handles communications for the company in a very timely and courteous manner. The paint crew was consistently prompt, considerate, courteous and completely professional. A couple of necessary repairs that were overlooked in the original bid were completed at no additional charge. A couple of fairly extensive drywall repairs were done without flaw and it is now impossible to see that any damage had even occurred. I recommend the Johnson Paint Company without reservation.

This is the first time I've hired painters and unfortunately I requested the work done during their "busy" exterior paint season. I would have preferred that they just give me a "date" that was open, unfortunately we had to be "worked in" (rain days) with only a 24 hour notice. This is the only "issue" I had with this project (not really their fault). The workmen were professional and completed their work all in one day. They covered the floors that they walked on as well as the piece of furniture in the bedroom. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work and will have no problem requesting work from them in the future.

I was contacted immediately & Jeremiah was able to give me an estimate within the week.Their schedule was very booked but I was given a tentative time & was kept informed along the way how it looked for that time frame. The crew arrived as scheduled, prepared the spaces well for painting that would NOT damage any of the surrounding areas that were not being painted. They used quality paints appropriate for the areas. The crew was very professional. The work was done as promised. the ceilings & rooms looked AND still look fresh.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From scheduling to cleanup, they are the best. Our house has white wood trim around the floors and ceilings. We tried doing it ourselves years ago and will probably need chiropractic care from now on. Jeremiah's crew sanded, cleaned, and put on two coats of paint. I feel like I've moved into a new home. The crew, led by Roberto, was polite and worked like mad all day. They were always on time, if not early, and put in a full day. They barely took a break for lunch. I could say that I would be happy to work with them again, but I'm already doing so. I just accepted their proposal to do another job.

House is brick so all wood trim was pressure washed on 9/19/14. After allowing time for trim to dry, painters returned on 9/ 30/14 to begin the process of painting all outside wood trim which included fascia/soffet, trim around windows/doors(but not the windows since they are aluminum clad), outside doors, garage door, all railing, foundation vents, sunroom siding, roof vents, side porch trim & ceiling, and lamp post. The front door is stained so it had to be stripped, sanded, stained, and painted with clear coat. Old caulk was removed and replaced where needed and rotten wood pointed out. After rotten wood was found, paint crew worked around contractor brought in to repair damage without any concern or problems. Job was finished on 10/7/14. Jeremiah, Angel, Roberto, and crew were outstanding with their attention to detail, professionalism, and desire to provide a quality job. They are extremely easy to work with and stand behind their work. They stress that if you find anything later that needs attention, they will gladly take care of it. I have used many outside painters over the years and Johnson Paint Company Group is by far the best we have used. We definitely will continue to use them for exterior and interior painting needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Painters started on Thursday, March 5th at 8AM with their prep work. First they laid down drop cloths from the outside home entrance to the entrances of the rooms to be painted. They carefully moved all furniture to the middle of the rooms, covered the furniture with plastic, and secured the plastic with tape. They then covered the floors with drop cloths. Nail holes were filled in all 3 rooms. One bedroom needed extensive drywall repair on the ceiling because the original drywall contractor did not properly finish nail indentations and some taped seams. All 3 bedrooms had a few drywall cracks due to minor settling of the house which needed repair. Cracks were covered with fiberglass tape, drywall compound applied, allowed to dry, and sanded smooth. Nail indentations were covered with drywall compound, allowed to dry, and sanded smooth. All cracked caulk was removed and replaced with new caulk. Wood trim was cleaned and sanded. One coat of oil enamel paint was applied to 3 piece crown molding, door & window trim(not windows since new replacement windows had just been installed), 2 piece base molding, and bedroom side of doors. Ceilings were painted with 1 coat of latex paint and the walls were painted with 2 coats of latex paint. Job was finished on Saturday morning after removing all drop cloths, vacuuming all carpets/floors, and moving all furniture back into place. Roberto and crew did an outstanding job and throughout the entire process were extremely professional and focused on providing a high quality result. I highly recommend Johnson Point Company Group, Inc. Jeremiah, Roberto, and crew are the best we have used over the twenty five plus years we have lived in our home.

Johnson Paint Company and their team are awesome!. They painted our kitchen, living room, den, a bathroom and all hallways. They also did repairs on our trey ceiling and painted it. It was great to see the teamwork and coordination as they tackled each area. They removed all fixtures, not just painted around them, they even removed a large wall mirror in the bathroom!!! After they completed the work in each area it was thoroughly cleaned. Angel, Jeremiah and their crew were very courteous and took a lot of pride in their work. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and we plan to use them for all our painting needs. We highly recommend them!

Johnson Paint Company painted my entire condo in downtown Winston. They were running a little behind schedule, so they sent a crew of about 6 to perform the work. They completed it in about 3 days and I was able to return home from my work in VA without having to absorb the costs of a hotel room. They were very neat - minimal to no paint splatters. They were very careful in covering all of the furniture and floors. Exceptional repair work on all of the walls.

As usual Johnson Paint Co. did a great job. They moved and protected furniture; painted ceilings, walls, and trim in both rooms; did a through job of clean-up; and, after completing the job, came back to assure everything was acceptable.

Everything went well. We had a little problem with the paint but Jeremiah Johnson had the paint company rep come out and the problem was solved. The painters were here every day at exactly the time we were told and stayed all day to finish. We were emailed about everything as it went along. The communication could not have been better. The painters were very friendly and very respectful. I don't think we could have found a better paint company anywhere else. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent work! Outstanding crew! The owner arrived for the estimate as scheduled. He e-mailed a detailed estimate in about 3 hours. They covered everything with plastic, including ceiling fans & floors. The prep work was detailed. They were always on time & cleaned before they left. The owner's sister was on site during all the work. They were true professionals!

We contacted Johnson Paint Co plus 2 other companies to come meet with us and provide an estimate for painting the exterior of our home which is a 2-3 story home that is 102 yrs old and built by "great grandparents" so needless to say it needed lots of TLC and of course is very special to us. We compared the estimates, and the price from all 3 were very comparable EXCEPT the description of the work being performed wasn't. Johnson Paint Co knew exactly what this old house needed and the estimate they gave us had listed several more "steps" than what the other 2 companies were offering, plus he had given us a few things we could do ourselves that would help save us a little money in the end. We were very impressed with what they offered us and the ideas they shared with us to save some money, so we contacted them to schedule the job. First let me say, as with any exterior job the weather doesn't always cooperate and honestly with it getting colder I was a little nervous about getting the whole house completed before it was too cold, but they pulled it off. We weren't living at the house at the time but we scheduled to meet the paint crew every morning at 8 a.m. and they were always there and ready to begin as scheduled. The crew would clean up each afternoon before leaving the site and it was always left as clean and neat as possible. Each day I would get an email from the company with an update on the progress the crew had made. The job these guys performed was amazing. They stripped all the old paint off down to the bare wood, and sanded each board on this house smooth...WOW! This was exactly what this OLD house needed and we really couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Johnson Paint and how amazing our house looks. They were professional, neat, punctual and most importantly....very friendly and easy to work with! We wouldn't hesitate at all to hire these guys again....as a matter of fact they will be the only one we call!

Mr. Johnson was very professional and timely when arriving for quote. For us to get the quote was a little more difficult. I called 3 days after appointment at our house and was told that he would call me back in a few minutes. Mr. Johnson didn't call, but the next day I received an e-mail with the quote. There was no call back nor a follow up call.

Mr .Johnson came out to our house on 8/13/2012.He looked at everything we wanted done,discuss some options for some of the work we wanted done.He e-mailed us his proposal.We decided to accept Johnson`s proposal,because we felt that ,TLPainting and MilesPainting, didn`t want the job.Johnson told us they wound not be able to start the work until 10/15/2013.One of the rooms that was to be painted is my Sunroom.That would have been the first room I would have wanted painted first.In the winter ,my Sunroom is filled with plants.The first frost for this year is 10/15/2013.There is no way,I could spead all my plants through out my house is because ,work is to be done on ,six rooms ,five closets,abathroom/washroom,plus two other bathrooms.After thinking it over, I thought maybe I had picked thewrong time of the year to have this work done,so I told my Husband that I would Iwould wait until the spring of the year to have the work done.That way all of my plants would be out of the way outside.My husband called Johnson on8/27/2013,and told his secretary that we were canceling,and he explained to her about the plants.My Husband also asked ,how long is the timeline on proposal.The secretary said she would have Mr.Johnson to call us.I guess he doesn`t have time to pick up the phone either.
