We are always concerned and saddened when we do not meet an Angie's List customer's expectations. We received an email from member on May 7, 2014 requesting an estimate to have work completed on a deck. When we receive an email through Angie's List the only way we have to respond to them is through Angie's List unless they leave an alternate email address or phone number. The member left no other contact information in the email. We responded the same day letting her know that the owner of the company, Jeremiah Johnson, and his assistant were out of town at a painting and decorating expo and could not meet with the homeowner until Mr. Johnson returned. Once he returned he could schedule a time to meet with her personally. We also let her know that we were a few weeks out and asked about her time frame as we wanted to make sure we could get to the work in a timely manner. We left her a direct cell number to contact the owner if she was interested in having an estimate scheduled. We never received any other communications from member and could not contact her directly as she left no contact information. As for the ratings she gave us of all F's, we never scheduled an estimate with her. So we were never able to be punctual, as we never came to her home. We never sent her any paperwork that gave her a price, so she does not know that we are competitive in our pricing. As far as quality goes, we never performed any work, meaning that she doesn't know that we strive for perfection in every job. She sent us an email on May 7, 2014. We responded via email on May 7th, 2014 and have paperwork documenting such. Our Angie's List customers are very important to us. We hope that any future customers reading this review will look at all other positive ratings and happy customers and take that into consideration before choosing their next paint contractor.
