Description of Work: The work was done quickly, competently and cleanly. It took them only 2 days to strip, repair and reshingle a 6500 square foot roof. They were friendly, considerate and best of all they cleaned up after themselves. You would never know they were here except for the great new roof. It poured the day after they finished and not a leak in sight. 🙂

Description of Work: They arrived at the time stated and quickly repaired a leak. Surprisingly, the office called and asked the the repairmen had arrived and if so, was the work going as expected. I've never experienced such concern.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak around a pipe on our roof. Mr. Lopez was top notch, very thorough and did it at a fair price. Would not hesitate to use again.

Description of Work: Called to schedule an appointment for estimate. They would not schedule an appointment on a weekday after five (wife and I both work) but did agree to a Saturday morning appointment for 10 am. No one ever showed up on Saturday and no one called to explain why. The person who handled the scheduling of the appointment seemed for addled and rushed. Based on this experience, I can't understand how they received an A rating. Can not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: When I called and left a message, I received a call back the next day. And the same day later afternoon someone came over to check out the work I needed done. I asked the gentleman if he would also take a look at my roof, and all I could hear from my mother was, he will tell you something is wrong with it to get a bigger job and more money. When he was finished he told me my roof is in good shape and what he had to do to repair my problem. He said that the office will get ahold of me and about the price which they did the following week. A few days later they were over

Description of Work: Leaking roof-needed help fast! Friendly, punctual and best estimate of three from Angie's list. Can't say enough good things about this roofing company. Plan to use them to re roof our home in two years since this was such a great experience.

Description of Work: A leak in my roof was quickly found and repaired. The people were prompt, know what they were doing. While the repair was in progress the company called to see if the work was progressing. To me that was a plus. Within an hour the repair and clean-up were complete. would recommed this company.

Description of Work: Very professional, on time and did what they siad they would do. Took off the old shingles, put down new roof felt and installed new shilgles but the best was there was not a shingle or nail left behind, very very clean.

Description of Work: J. Lopez is probably the most honest and conscientious residential roofing company in Greensboro. Five companies were called. Lopez was the only firm whose evaluation of the job put the customer first. The others did not see the roof, they saw dollar bills. I will recommend the Lopez company without reservation.

Description of Work: J Lopez repaired our balcony which is also the roof over the patio. The balcony/roof is 8x20 square foot. The rotten wood was replaced and then it was sealed and tarred. I do not remember how much we paid for this project.
