Juan Mosqueda, owner of Jand M Paints, was recommended to us by two different friends who are remodeling contractors. Over the past 7 years we have used him for a number of small to medium-sized jobs, both interior and exterior. We have always found him to be professional and his work to be extermely efficient and meticulous. So, when it came time to stain the exterior of our house, he was an obvious choice. We had had our house stained several times over the years, so had some idea what to expect in terms of time and cost. Due to the complexity of this particular job, Juan was hesitant to give us an estimate. Based on the level of trust built up over the years, we were comfortable moving forward without an estimate. The job was completed faster and for less money than we had anticipated. The other real surprise was how easy he made it for us. Our landscaping was carefully protected and everything was completely cleaned up at the end of each work day. We were so pleased with the job, we tipped the entire crew for a job well-done.

They painted a big room. I had only painting done by him but he also does painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, and drywall and finish repairs. They were really good. They were flexible in discussing options. I was not sure if the whole room or half a room should be done and they were very upfront about that. They cleaned up after they left.
