+ -1 moreWill saved us the service call by requesting photos, location & age of the gas heater. He recommended we purchase a $5 cap at a hardware store & keep watching it. He advised heaters last 10-14 years so this was a great heads-up for a purchase coming soon, before our 15 year old unit causes a big mess! AND, Will is handsome!

Description of Work: Replaced a main shut off valve to our house with one that is much easier to use. Gave some much needed information for other plumbing projects we'll be doing shortly. Was here for more than an hour and charged $113 for parts, tax and labor.

+ -1 moreThis is the third time we have used Will. He is dependable, does a great job, is enjoyable to chat with, and looks for ways to save you money. I feel confident with having him work on our house and giving him a key to come and go when it is convenient.
Description of Work: Will moved our washer line, ran the piping in the rafters in our basement, installed a drain for a new tub, fit a shower head and handles to the same tub, replaced galvanized pipes with flex pipe, fixed leaks in a sink and toilet, added a cut-off valve to a water line, and spent time explaining to me how to replace a nonworking toilet with an affordable, working one by myself. Overall, 13 hours of work at $75 an hour
