From Day 1 he answered all of my questions and made buying a home for the first time the best experience anyone could ever ask for. Jim was raised in the area and not only knows the real estate market, but he knows the Triad area as well as anyone. Jim gave my wife and I amazing advice and when push came to shove, he put in weekends and odd hours to ensure we got the home we wanted. He must have shown us over 10 houses in about 2 weeks. As long as Jim is around, I'll never go to anyone else for my real estate needs. This guy is the real deal! Because of Jim, my wife and I are now living in a home we could have only dreamed of.

He took pictures of houses and sent them to me. We sat with him and told him exactly what we wanted in our new house. He drove us around, we looked at houses and he gave us advice. He is a God sent. Jim was wonderful. He helped step by step and explained everything as my brother, mother and i are not very experienced in real estate. My mother is in a nursing home with dementia... The way my mother had her trust written up was confusing as to whether all three signatures required... Jim suggested Laurie Stegall of Susan Hunt Law who interviewed my mom in the nursing home that she passed the mental exam, and was able to decide to sell for the bid of 250,000.00..... The house is on 4 acres on Stanley road, so the price was difficult to ascertain. the residential appraisal was 182,000.00 the land appraisal said "as if rezoned multifamily and prepped" it would sell for 400,000.00. which was high, as it is currently zoned single family and has lots of tall trees. Jim was the only realtor of 4 that I called who would be willing to list it for the higher price above residential value, so pleased that the offer was almost 70,000.00 higher than residential price.. He would go over and check the property and was great with my calling often with questions. The cash buyer met with Jim directly initially, then later decided to have her own agent represent her... So the commission would have been 5 percent, but then 6 percent with her agent... I was told in my research that land or commercial sales that the commission is sometimes much higher, so was pleased that the commissions were reasonable.
