Great. No problems.

We had absolutely no problems with the kitchen ceiling. They did a fantastic job! The work was completed by a husband and wife team who were very friendly, efficient and professional. They provided a time estimate of 4 hours I believe and finished in 4 hours and 10 minutes I believe. We were very, very pleased. We would rate our experience an A. The same is true for the gutters. The guys completed the job quickly and professionally with no mess left behind. Very pleased with the results. We would rate our experience an A. We were not initially pleased with the replacement of the vinyl corner board. They had to cut the corner board to fit and had a jagged edge on the bottom of it that was visible as you entered the garage. We brought our concerns to Steve at House Doctors and he had his contractor quickly replace the part. We are very happy with the finished product and Steve's responsiveness. We would rate our experience a B. We thought the painter did a great job on the front entrance painting. I had to point out a pretty large spot that needed touch up on the arches and trim above the front windows. He was actually still in the midst of painting when I pointed it out so perhaps he would have caught it on his own once he stepped down from the ladder. Regardless, he happily retouched It and we were happy with his work. We would rate our experience an A. We were not initially pleased with the results on the front porch. The repaired brick fell apart - was probably due to heavy rains right after he completed the brick repair. He came back quickly and repaired it. We were also not overly pleased at the quality of the wood used for the porch and had to have the contractor come back and repair and/or resand some of the pieces. Each time we voiced our concerns to Steve, he responded very positively and had the contractor come back out and fix everything we asked for. In the end, the porch fully met our needs and we are happy with the finished product. We just felt like it should have gone a little more smoothly. We would rate our experience a B.
