Ronnie Holmes is a great provider, he's very careful about removal and does a complete job including clean up. .I highly recommend him.

.He was very agreeable and polite; did everything I asked. Very happy with the service. Price was incredibly reasonable (and in line with his estimate) considering how hard (and steadily) he worked for over three solid hours.

Mr. Holmes did what was expected and more. He, not only removed debris from the trees, but removed debris already there. He also took some of the wood and cut it into firewood and stacked it. He was punctual and professional, and did all the work himself.

Returned my call promptly to provide an estimate. He performed the service within a couple of days. Price was extremely fair. Cleaned the area very well before leaving the job.

He was really excellent. I would recommend him to friends and family members. He didn't do any damage. His price was right, which was what I asked for.

I joined Angie's List specifically to find a quality, reliable contractor to remove a large tree from my yard. Called Holmes Tree Service over a week ago and left a messgae - my call was never returned.

They showed up as promised, and they took out all of the trees that needed to go, despite having to make five trips to do so. It all went very well, and even the stump grinders Ronnie recommended were also awesome! It was slightly more than their very low estimate because the scope of work changed during the process, but it was still very reasonable, and they are highly recommended!

The work Mr. Holmes performed took 1 1/2 days to complete, during which time he and his associate went about performing their work in a very professional and timely manner. I will use Mr. Holmes again in the future and would hightly recommend him. Angie's site stated that Mr. Holmes was difficult to reach, this was not a problem, contacted him on first call and had an estimate that day.

Sadly, other than the initial phone, call I never heard from him again. Either the current economy is fine for him and he didn't need the work or he had something else going on in his life. I was disappointed that he did not come by when he stated he would and that I had no other estimate to compare. My work was done by another company and I am extremely satisfied.

Ronnie cut six trees down for me and did an excellent job. There is not much more to say about his service. It was the lowest bid by some $300 dollars and I got three extra trees cut down to boot. He was timely and did what was expected. My only complaint is that he is a little hard to get ahold of but other than that....A+ work!

This is my second report on Holmes Tree Service. Ronnie started work on Monday, finished on Wednesday and -- as before -- did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

After several rain delays Ronnie and his crew completed the job in about a day and a half. They were prompt, neat, professional and very reasonable. (His quote was the lowest of five estimates.) I was extremely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to use him again.

I called several tree services for an estimate and Holmes had the lowest price. I talked to him about some of the new landscaping we had done and that we wanted to make sure it was not damaged while removing the other trees. Mr. Holmes was very careful and did exactly what he said he would. It took 4 days and he was on time every day. I will definitely use Holmes Tree Service in the future.

Ronnie returned the call the same day, set up an appointment for the next day, gave me the lowest quote I had received (and some of the others never came back after they saw those trees against the pond), and scheduled an appointment immediately. When I left for work there were trees. When I came home, there were no trees...there was no evidence the trees ever existed. No mess, no trees, and neat and tidy professional pruning! He called that evening to make sure the job was satisfactory. I'm delighted!

They removed them by cutting small to large amounts at a time. I could tell immediately that they knew what they were doing. Even tho I held my breath a couple of times, limbs fell exactly where they wanted. Very Very happy with the outcome!

Arrived as scheduled to visit site and provide estimates and also offered suggestions. Start date postponed due to equipment problems which he notified us of 12 hours in advance. Provided all work per our agreed upon schedule and cleaned site each evening. Always available to comment on work program and provided information on how to best care for some problem plantings/trees.

Everything went well. They were prompt and did the work neatly and professionally.

Everything went perfectly. It only took them about five hours to get everything done, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. This was the first time I'd used them, but I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.
