Within five minutes of my first inquiry on the Internet, I received a phone call from the technician for Hess. He made an appointment to come over the same afternoon and he was prompt and very good at his job. He knew exactly what to do and actually put up a paper shade for me while I waited for the blinds to come in. He gave me a time frame for when I could expect the blinds and he called me as soon as they arrived and made another appointment to come in into my home and install them. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of me. He was very businesslike, prompt, and intelligent. I would hire him again in a minute!

Aaron was punctual, prepared, and knowledgable. He completed the project quickly, including steaming the curtains. I will hire him again.
