Description of Work: Installed new plumbing for a washer/dryer connection which included under the house connections. I did not get another bid so cannot compare pricing but he charges $50 per hour plus parts. Richard has done much work for us and his work is the best. Not the cheapest but the best.

Description of Work: He called me back almost at once, and told me he's booked through November. I thanked him for the call, end of tune.

Description of Work: Contacted Handyman Unlimited about my brother's house which had work that needed to be done in the kitchen. The roof had leaked and a 4x8 section of the ceiling had to be replaced and insulation put back in. Handyman Unlimited also had to finish the ceiling in order for it to be repainted. There was also a major leak under the sink, and all the wood had to be replaced under the sink. Very satisfied with the job he did. Also, I had called three places on Angie's list, and he was the only one to respond and follow through with the estimate, and then the work.

Description of Work: One of the best handymen I have ever hired. He was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Everything I asked him to do was done in a short amount of time and done well.

Description of Work: I needed quick severe since my front door wouldn't close nor lock. Richard was extremely responsive and fixed the door immediately. He also repaired a window that other people had looked at and said no way. Richard troubleshot the issues quickly and got the window closed. High marks across the board for Richard. Very knowledgeable, quick, and extremely professional. No question we would hire him again.

Description of Work: Removed three old antenas off the house roof. Removed old cooled from roof and patched roof. Did a very nice job. Cleaned all debris from property for me. Very nice man.

Description of Work: Installed a range hood. It required removing and reinstalling tiles. It all went well.

Description of Work: Replaced all (4) old toilets with comfort height water savers; ceramic tiled floor in powder room; replaced vanity in same room; installed grab bars towel racks etc in baths. Now Richard is custom designing and building shelves in laundry room for pantry space. He is very professional, has great ideas, neat, efficient, reliable and would highly recommend him and his work. He does quality work.

Description of Work: The prep the outside of our house in order to paint it. Lot of damaged wood had to be replace first. Went alittle over budget due to asking them to also paint the shed, as well as having to replace several boards on east side of house. Project went well and Mike is coming back to touch up a couple of spots we missed earlier. Would recommend him for this service.

Description of Work: He wasn't interested in the small jobs I had. He tried selling me his son-in-law's services, but I declined since they were not on Angie's list. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job redoing our 3 bathrooms! Tore out and removed old shower and tub, removed old vanities and flooring and cleaned up at the end of each day. Tiled new floors and shower, put in new tub, vanities, faucets, mirrors and lights, painting walls etc. Delighted with the way everything turned out!
