Description of Work: I called Guy to look at our sump pump but he said he was too busy and it would be a few days before he could call out. He gave me a friends number and they were able to help the next day. Guy called back later that day to make sure we got help and gave me a few things to try out. Turns out the impeller was broken and needed to be replaced. 2 other companies in High Point never even returned my call. He seems a very genuine guy.

Description of Work: Toilet had slow leak causing it to have a short burst to refill the tank. Guy came promptly and determined the drain cover was defective. Since he had repalced this cover about 4 months earlier he did not charge me for the replacement cover or his time. Amazingley great treatment.

Description of Work: We had a specialized water heater that finally wore out after 26 years. We called Guy based on his exceptional ratings on Angie'slist. Since we had no hot water and he could not get to our job until several days later, he referred us to a plumber closer to wherewe live. We had a very good experience with the company he referred us to (Friddle Plumbing).

Description of Work: I originally called Guy for service the previous week based on my Angie's list search. We had a leaky faucet and concerned as we were going out of town for the weekend. He inquired about our address, was at the house in less than 5 minutes, diagnosed the problem and suggested ordering a new part. Part was ordered, arrived in less than a week, Guy promptly installed it. Great service, very professional and it's obvious he's at ease with people. As a private business owner myself, who sets the bar high in terms of expectations for myself, it was great getting prompt, professional service with a smile. Definitely will recommend and use again!
