Pleasant experience overall. Very polite and pleasant young man. Did the job thoroughly and in a short time.

We called and told them what we needed and he gave us an expected date and was there. There were two workers that came out and told me how much it would be and when they got the Ok they started to work. It was quick, efficient and good price. Very Happy.

Rain delayed initial installation schedule but Greg kept me posted and arrived promptly on the agreed day. Very cooperative with suggestions on moving downspouts & installing rainbarrel. Advised me to have a portion of the roof checked out for problems! New gutters with guards look great! Greg & his team cleaned up after themselves & removed all old gutters & downspouts. Very nice folks to work with.

Called for estimate. Gregg showed up when expected and gave very competitive estimate. We scheduled an install date which was rained out. Gregg was very accommodating in rescheduling. The workmanship and materials were as expected.

The way Greg managed the entire process from the initial request for estimate, home visit, questions via phone and email up through the installation and follow-up call was superb! Even though this the 4th home we've owned this is the first time we had to replace gutters and therefore had numerous questions. Greg responded to both our phone and email questions promptly and courteously. He even made a 2nd home visit to review the final project expectations and commitment with us prior to being selected for the project. We highly recommend his services.

COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENT & DID NOT CALL. WHEN I CALLED THEY RESPONDED THAT THEY FORGOT ABOUT JOB. THEY DID SHOW UP 3 HOURS AFTER APPOINTMENT & INDICATED THAT COST OF JOB WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 75% MORE THAN PRICE RANGE DISCUSSED EARLIER. I UNDERSTAND THAT PRICE QUOTES MAY ANTICIPATE "BEST SCENERIO", BUT THE GUTTERS ON MY 12-YEAR OLD, 2-STORY HOUSE ARE IN GOOD SHAPE & HAD BEEN CLEANED ABOUT 1.5 YEARS AGO. I CHOSE TO USE ANOTHER SERVICE.

We wanted to replace the gutters in the front because we thought they were falling apart so we got an estimate from Greg. But later we found out that the gutters were in good shape and we told Greg about it. He didn't disagree with it and he recommended that we put flashings to prevent rain water from dripping. He was prompt and punctual and he discussed the problem with you...he didnt try to push a new gutter on me and he finished the work as he promised. The price was a little on the high end, I thought.

The work was promptly done after the estimate was written. Greg was very professional and explained everything.

He is fabulous. He is professional. The leaf relief system installed by him stops the leaves from going into the gutters. He came out and gave me an estimate. I had a couple of other estimates from the other companies. His bid was higher than the rest, but he reduced it, when I told him that I had got lower bids from the others. So, he ended up being the least expensive. He definitely worked with me to give me a fair price. He was extremely prompt. I have a single-storeyed house, so, there were a lot of gutters to be cleaned. He did the job in one day. I didn?t even know that he was there. He did a beautiful job. He even called me later to check if everything was okay and if I was happy with the job. He told me that I could call him, if there was any problem. I?ve just been very happy with him.
