That was a very positive and a very good experience. They gave me the best quote. They got done exactly what they told me they were going to in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything.

We had a great experience with Greg's Gutters! Greg was efficient and communicated several times. There were some delays due to weather and some repairs that needed to be done on the fascia and soffit. Greg made sure to check up with us throughout the delays to schedule the completion of the job.

They didn't have the capability to do all that I needed. They were up front in telling me that they would not fabricate and install gutters. But they did perform a quick cleaning decently. I would have prefered a more thorough cleaning job as well as a portion of my gutter replaced. It appeared as though they were more focused on getting more jobs done rather spending time on the current job. They compromised on the price with me and did what they could.

It went great. They arrived when they said they would. They charged whatt hey said they would. And they did what they said they would. They even came back to fix a probolem that developed later.

Great job. Fixed a major problem. Very reasonably priced.

He came over and gave me a free quote and I decided to go ahead and get the installation and his final price was the same as the quote! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. He got the job done in about 4 hours but we had the flash installed as well. I would recommend him to anyone. Very nice guy. Thanks!

Great work. Came when they were supposed to with equipment needed to reach gutters 30 feet up. Went straight to work and finished when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Courteous, friendly, professional. Scheduled same service for later date. Highly recommend.

I searched for a gutter company within 10 miles of Chapel Hill and this company popped up. I sent an email and got a quick response saying that he didn't service the Chapel Hill area. I'm just posting in case someone else in Chapel Hill is looking for a resource and this company pops up as servicing CH. Thanks

Greg’s gutter came out but they were unable to get product piece. We did not end up up hiring them for work, even though they were very professional and punctual for their appointment.

I is good to be writing a review after living with a product for a while. The service was great, but most important, these are the best gutters we have had.

He came to quote me on installing bigger gutters than the ones we had. I wasn't here when he came to look at the gutters but he fixed the downspout. He actually got up the ladder and fixed the downspout at the roof line. He did that for nothing! He was just really Honest with me and told me that he didn't think installing bigger gutters would make any difference in what we were looking to have done. This guy was so Honest! He saved me $8000. He doesn't know that this was the problem, but it was definitely a problem and we're hoping it was the problem because it was $8000 less than we thought we were going to have to spend. He said that if the problem we're having happens again he'll come out and do something else before we go for the French drain.

We had several companies that we had called to see about giving us estimates for gutter removal and replacements, After speaking with Greg's Gutter service, we decided to have them come out to look at our home and give us an estimate. They did--which we were pleased with--and told us they could come on 7/10/13 to replace our gutters. We chose Greg's Gutter service out of the places we had called, and set up the appointment. No one had arrived by the time we left for work in the morning (I had actually forgotten it was the 10th), but when we got home at 5:00, our seamless gutters were in place! We are pleased with the work that was done--the old gutters were taken down and hauled away, the new gutters look great, and we couldn't be happier!! The cost was exactly what they had estimated--no surprises!! Judging by the work Greg's Gutter Service did for us, we would definitely recommend them!!!

Called and left a message on a Thursday. Call never returned. Finally spoke with someone to come out and clean gutters and give recommendation regarding gutter issue. Led to believe when they came out they would complete that day. Gutters were cleaned, as far as I can tell, but was told the repair work could not be done that day. To date still have not heard back about the gutter repair. Will not use again.

Outstanding professional. Work was meticulous, professional and extremely thorough. He repaired poor quality workmanship by another contractor. I could not be happier or more satisfied. Everything he did was impressive. I would rate Greg's Gutter Service in the top 1% of independent contractors I have ever dealt with. It took Greg a while to get here, I think mainly due to all the rain we have been having. Once he got here, he gave me a quote and a date that he would be here to do the work. I had him out twice for the initial work and then some additional work. In both cases, he was on site when he said that he would be. Work was completed promptly and proficiently.

I spoke with Greg about getting a price on new gutters and installation. He quoted me a price, and we set a date for the work to be done. He couldn't come the day scheduled because it rained all day. He called first thing in a.m. and we set installation for next day or two. He called the next day, and it wasn't raining and he came when he said he would. He and his worker did a quick, clean, and wonderful job. They were very courteous and kept the work area clean, and cleaned up all debris. I would have Greg do other work for me if need be.

I enjoyed my interaction with Greg. I was a little surprised when he didn't personally come out the second time, but the guy he sent did an excellent job. Would use again.

Greg and company installed new gutters and downspots on both my house and my daughters house. My existing gutters were actually to small for the pitch and size of my roof. He installed 6 inch gutters to insure proper drainage and prevent over flow. I was very pleased with the job he did on both houses. Now nearly a year later I was seeing rain water over flowing from the sides of my gutters. I was concerned and called Greg about it. Asked him to check them next time he was nearby. Two days later they pulled up, whipped out their ladders and went straight to work. Turned out the gutters had debris in them and the downspouts were blocked. I did not have the Leaf and debris guards installed. Probably should have. They quickly fixed the problem for me and left without charging me anything. Very generous and helpful. Greg is a true professional and he cares. His price was competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend his company.

Very positive experience. I had some add on work regarding gutter connections to underground pipes that they performed very well.

Called on a Tuesday regarding gutter cleaning and set appointment for Friday. We were not home when they came to complete the service, but it was easy to tell that they had come and knocked out the work. Dramatic difference in the gutters and roof surfaces. Very reasonable price for a large house. Would gladly call again.

He arrived on the scheduled day and time. We went over the work to be performed. He did the work agreed upon in a very professional manner, and the results are excellent. Good value and experience.

Good experience overall. Prompt quote, easy scheduling process. Installation team was prompt and professional on scheduled install date. Invoicing was prompt. While very pleased with up front experience, back end support was lacking. After paying for the service, i never received a follow up payment confirmation or a check up on how the gutter guards were holding up, which is a bit frustrating. In any event, Greg's Gutter offered the service i needed at a very reasonable rate and his team was very professional. Would certainly consider using them again, and i highly recommend Greg's Gutter service's "Leaf Relief" gutter guard option; a fraction of the price of other gutter protection systems.

The process went very well. Because the season of spring was upon us, Greg's schedule was tight so additional days were needed for unanticipated carpentry work.
