Erin Kivela was great to work with. I especially appreciated how she handled resolving a rare issue with a manufacturer defect that did not reveal itself until a year after the fact. She really went way above and beyond, and I would definitely use Got Your Floored again.

Ms. Erin Kivela came by to takes the measurements for changing my carpets. I was planning on moving and needed to change the carpets to order to sell faster. Ms. Kivela was punctual, professional and came highly recommended by my realtor. Her price and product she was going to provide seemed of good quality. However, she needs to improve on her response time and scheduling jobs because they were a little slow. Ms. Kivela doesn't work weekends and took 7 days to send me the estimate, If she would have response sooner I probably would have contracted her. I needed to get this job completed quickly so I could put my house on the market.

Their price and quality was good! They did a nice job with the installation and met their deadline; they came out on time and finished what they said they were going to finish.

They installers were great.

Good quote process. We took our time deciding. Once we decided on what carpet and hardwood, the installation for hardwood was scheduled. Once complete the installation for carpet was scheduled. Everything went well.

Erin Kivela of Got You Floored came to give us an estimate for replacing our laminate flooring in the kitchen and 1/2 bath of our home. We wanted 18 inch tiles, installed on the diagonal with thinset grout. Erin gave us a bid of about $1500 to remove the old flooring and install the new flooring. The work was to begin on a Thursday and be completed on a Saturday. Two problems arose during this job. One problem was that not enough tiles were ordered--in fact, two more boxes needed to be ordered to complete the job. This meant that the quick 3 day job was stretched to a 7 day job, complicating the pick-up and delivery of appliances we wanted to have installed. The other problem was that I was never clearly told that I, the customer, needed to arrange for a plumber to come and take out the pedestal sink and toilet in the half bathroom before the floor could be installed. This was not written in the estimate. So it came as a surprise to me that suddenly, I needed to arrange for this and pay for this added cost on top of the flooring work. I needed to shoulder the cost of the sink and toilet removal AND the placement of them again, after the floor was complete--a cost of about $300 or so. Erin was extremely apologetic about this mistake and for not being clear from the start that this was my responsibility. The tile flooring looks great and Kevin and Paul did an excellent job setting the floor. But overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Got You Floored.

Overall it was great! We actually had them give us an estimate on installing hardwoods and will probably have them do the hardwoods when we are finished rennovating the rest of the house.
