Description of Work: Three people came to my home. They were here for 2.5 hours. One of the women was dusting with one hand and talking on her cellphone with the other hand. The glass door was not wiped clean. Dusting: Rather than remove the accessories, the worker dusted around them. When they left, I ran my fingers through the dust that was visible. Also, the TV did not work after they left. The manager of the cleaning service did come to my home (previously telling me that he could fix it). TWC came out to fix it. The adapter had been unplugged, so apparently this was inadvertent. However, if you use them, I suggest you ask that they be sure the television still works prior to leaving the premises.

Description of Work: Got what I paid for...3 cleaners for 2 hours. They did an excellent deep clean. My only suggestion would be a follow up call. I would have scheduled them again. I still plan to but after the holidays.

I especially liked the fact that I went thru Angie's list and paid you and got a phone call immediately from someone they have there to answer the phone and correct any problems. Description of Work: They did an excellent job. Broke something (my fault, it wasn't secured properly) but they left a note and called later and offered to reimburse for damages. Amazing detailed cleaning job. Went above and beyond. Family owned business, very professional. I was impressed!

Description of Work: Maria and Crew were fast, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. There was no down time with them; they constantly pushed themselves to finish in a timely manner. They excel at details while exhibiting a strong work ethic. I hope to have them back soon!

Description of Work: They were phenomonal. They were punctual. Asked what details we wanted done outside of their game plan and they went to work. They worked and worked and worked! The house sparkled when they left. We highly recommend!

Description of Work: We made a date for the cleaning. The morning of the cleaning, he stated he booked someone else because I didn't call back with access code for the house. We tried again but I couldn't answer his call immediately. I told him I am a teacher so I don't have quick access to my phone. So he couldn't do again. His next available date was too far out.

Description of Work: I have a list of direct instructions and things weren't done and I was overcharged but being polite I said keep the money although they did say they would return it. Not thoroughly clean window seals were still dusty and they didn't vacuum behind the couches after they cleaned the window seals. Floors weren't waxed after asking multiple times if they new how to wax and still didn't do it and left before I could even see if the job was complete. Got days mixed up and didn't come on time. Wouldn't recommend to come back to my house. I use heavens best now she is great!!

Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned the main level of my home (approx 2,200 sf). The service included vacuuming all floors, cleaning wood and tile floors, cleaning bathrooms, dusting all chair rails and baseboards.

Description of Work: They cleaned entire two story,4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Was in need of deep cleaning. Needed a little more time than two hrs of three people, which was explained prior to service. Was very pleased with the work, attitude of the workers and dedication to their service. Will use this service every two weeks now ( for less hours and dollars, since deep cleaning not needed on this time basis in the future). Highly recommend! Base boards shine, ceiling fans cleaned, even inside windows! Wow! |

Description of Work: The team comes every three weeks and do exactly what I've asked them today. Always professional and friendly-- they have a key so they come whether I'm here or not, alerting me the day before to remind me and so if I need to reschedule I can. They vacuum, dust, mop, fully clean 2.5 baths, kitchen, den, dining, study, 4 bedrooms, laundry room, front hall and upstairs hall. Have used them now for 2+ years.
