Description of Work: We are having guests fly in from Mexico Friday so we desperately needed a good deep cleaning before their arrival. The housekeepers are working right now and I have never been so impressed with a cleaning service. They were on time and immediately started working. They have not stopped even to rest since they have been here. Our house already looks fantastic and they haven't even finished yet. I think their prices are very reasonable and believe me, they earn every penny of it. I highly highly recommend them!!!

They have done 3 cleanings so far and do a wonderful job. We have had many cleaning services over the years and these folks rank at the very top. My wife says they clean the house like she would. Very courteous and easy to communicate with.
Description of Work: They clean the entire house consisting of 4 BR, 2 1/2 baths, LR, DR & family room. Very detail oriented AND they wet mop.

+ -1 moreJob was acceptable in part and done less well in part. Had one of owners not been at house providing a follow-up review (we did not instruct staff) and ask Ernesto to recheck portions of the work, we believe that the job would be unacceptable overall.
Description of Work: Requested full house cleaning (detailed list provided to vendor) of single family rental residence of 1450 sq.ft. There was no furniture in the house at time of cleaning. Service provided by Ernesto plus three staff. Ernesto arrived without a ladder for fixtures, cobwebs, registers, tops of doors, etc. Left to get ladder only after we questioned him on how he would accomplish task. Women workers were good in accomplishing their assignments (baths, kitchen, etc.). The cleaning appeared superficial with floor stains, windows streaks, dirty floor corners, dirty oven etc. left undone until we insisted they be cleaned properly. Finished job in 3 hours.

Requiring only an introduction to the layout of the house, they took care of on their own everything I was hoping they would take care of in addition to the obvious things. Best group I've ever used for cleaning and will use them regularly (semi-monthly) moving forward. While on its face the price may seem high, this was the intial cleaning and will not be the ongoing cost per clean. This was a solid value and I'm confident their ongoing work will be equal to it.
Description of Work: Full 'first' cleaning of bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces including carpet, tile, hardwoods, moldings, shelves, shades, surfaces, sills, hvac vents, exhaust vents, under furniture, microwave, etc. Did not include carpet shampooing or refrigerator/oven interiors.
