I initially used this cleaning service for a one time deep cleaning and they did such a good job I hired them to come bimonthly. They have continued to do an excellent job. They are always on time and really clean the house well including moving furniture. I would highly recommend. Very trustworthy.

They were on time and got right to work. I received a text message confirming date and time the day before service. The new owners were happy to have a professional clean and one less thing on their to do list. They even cleaned behind the refrigerator.

The women were very nice and the owner of the company called me ahead of time for scheduling and checked in several days before, that morning, and later that day after service was completed via text message to check on everything. I felt like they were very reasonably priced for the quality of cleaning they did and I will certainly use them again in the future.

GI Cleaning Services was very professional, friendly and punctual. My house needed an complete cleaning of the usual rooms and hallways including blinds and molding. The staff was able to knock it out in a little over 2 hours! I was very pleased with the end result! They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again! Thank you GI Services for giving me a clean house at an affordable price!

I specifically asked for heavy duty scrubbing and cleaning. They did their good average job but not the deep cleaning I expected.

They were exceptional! I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for their cleaning needs. They were on time, cleaned beautifully, and were delightful to work with.

Just started using them. Did not price shop so do not know if they are competitive. They have been to my house twice and both times have been prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. They do seem to get all the nooks and crannies! So far so good. Based on my two experiences, I would recommend.

Great service and communication with this company. Ernesto initially called me to schedule and confirm appointment for service, then called again day before to confirm. Initially purchased 3 cleaners for two hours, and the crew showed up with all supplies, right on time. After an hour, Ernesto called to say they needed 1 additional hour, due to size of our home (3700 sq ft)., and I agreed. I had underestimated how long the job would take. They did an excellent job, and all rooms in the house looked great! We would definitely recommend this company for your home cleaning needs.

I had left a detailed list of things to be done and that list outlines what was priority and what was to be done only if time available. In the bedrooms they stacked things on the beds to sweep floors and left everything stacked up when finished. none of the beds were made. I had clearly stated that no matter what, I wanted the bathroom down stairs cleaned and the floors and baseboards were left untouched. There were even some of the companies cleaning supplies left in the hallways downstairs after they were gone. There was a toilet wand used to clean that was left on the bookshelf. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN ? None of the window sills were wiped down and it looks as if only the absolute bare minimum was done downstairs. If they had stayed with the list and followed directions in the walk through none of this would have been an issue. ** I wanted to add this update after the company called me today. I had listed that the beds were not made. His response was that they are not housekeeper's - I guess I can understand that part but that will never explain why the bedside tables were left on top of the bed. I have also attached a picture to show EXACTLY how the room was left. I actually felt as if the company was trying to shame me because I wrote a bad review and when I asked him about this he hung up.

They showed up about 15 minutes early, which was fine, as I was ready for them. We discussed my allergies and what they could use instead. They did a really good and there are plans for them to come again.

They did an excellent job. After they do their thing, they send a thing and want you to rate your experience. I gave him a 10. They were running a special for $130.

OUTSTANDING cleaning service! Let me start by saying that I have used several cleaning companies over the years, & G I Cleaning Services is far above & beyond any service I've used before. I have 4 young children and a golden retriever that sheds profusely and my house was filthy, but when they left 2 hours later it looked & smelled fantastic. They were able to accomplish more in 1 hour than my previous cleaning service did in 4! Not only were they fast & efficient, but extremely thorough. After a brief discussion about my goals & priorities, the crew went right to work with an orderliness that makes them more effective than other companies. They moved furniture, cleaned blinds & windowsills, plus many nooks & crannies I'd always overlooked. The owner responds almost immediately to calls, texts, or messages through Angie's List. He confirmed the appointment time the day before, and his crew showed up right on time. I was so impressed that I immediately hired them for bi-weekly cleanings and recommended them to friends. I discovered this company on Angie's List & selected them because of their spectacular ratings. If you're looking for a cleaning crew that is highly professional, well-trained, extremely reliable, and thorough yet efficient, this is it. You won't be disappointed.

This is one of the best cleaning services I have ever used. They come every other Friday and are always on time. The staff is courteous and work diligently when cleaning -no chitchat or goofing off. They do a wonderful job and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a company that takes cleaning seriously. Another wonderful aspect of this company is that it's family=owned, and this, they take pride in what they do. Ernie, the owner, is always checking to make sure I am happy with the service and to see if there is anything I would like done differently. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will be using GI Cleaning Service for a long, long time.

Arrived right on time, discussed what I wanted done, and went right to work. Crew of 3 worked for 2 hours. Did a wonderful job! Very pleasant and accommodating. Did a very thorough job--even cleaned the toaster! Will definitely use this service again.

it went very well and it was done in a very timely manner. the thing i was most impressed with, they got the stain out of my toilets and gave me their secret. and my house smelled so good and it still does.

Punctual. Professional. Hardworking, responsible, friendly crew. I have never used a cleaning professional until I found GI services on Angie's list. They exceeded my expectations and left my house in great shape. It does help to do a little prep work before they come. I removed some suitcases from under my bed and they vacuumed and mopped under it. The team of 3 were able to clean my house in 1 hour. It would normally take me about 10 to 12 hours to accomplish what they did in just one (but actually 3 man hours) . I would highly recommend GI services. The team included one of the owners. If one of them finishes early, they continue to clean by wiping down blinds, crown molding, etc. They work the entire time they are in your home. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew.
