I have nothing but rave reviews for the three women from GI Cleaning Services who came to clean my house today. I needed a thorough cleaning before Thanksgiving and it’s spotless now. Three women cleaned for 2 hours without taking a break. They worked the entire time they were here and the house looks immaculate! I have hardwood floors and they made them shine. They dusted, cleaned, or vacuumed every nook and cranny. They clean the blinds, baseboards, window sills, each piece of furniture, they vacuum the walls and door casings, etc. My tub/shower and entire bathroom looks amazing and sparkles. I highly recommend the women who came to clean my house from GI Cleaning Services. They work hard, the results are great, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

A team of 3 came and worked for 4 hours. This was the best house clean that we have in a long, long time! My mother in law who lives with us was impressed also. I had tried all sorts of cleaning products and methods previously to clean our textured shower floor with little success, but they were able to get it sparkling clean. The only thing slightly negative was the time needed to do had been underestimated and we agreed to pay for an extra hour; but I was glad to do since it was obvious they were working as hard and fast as they could. I would definitely recommend and use this service again if all their teams are like this. I gave them a B for punctuality since they were about 10-15 minutes late but I still received the full amount of hours for which I paid.

They were fantastic! Such great service. They cleaned house parts I had never thought of cleaning, What an excellent team. I will forever request their services for any future needs. They were able to come out on my time and did the best work!

Great ....have used 4 others over the past 4 years and these folks are by and far the best and the most reasonable.

They are thorough and good. They did blinds and everything that's exposed. They do vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping and the house smells fresh and clean. They're responsive -- coming on short notice and always accommodating. Do a terrific job! Very good company to work with. I'm just really appreciative.

The team of 3 did a really great job. In about 3 1/2 hours they cleaned our house from top to bottom. The even cleaned the blinds, windows, and window casings. I walked through the house after they left and couldn't find one spot that I would have cleaned better myself--even the top of the fridge was dust-free! I would definitely hire them again.

I was very impressed and my condo looked ready to sell after they came and cleaned for 2 hours. Mission accomplished! Ernie came with 2 women helpers. They did a great and thorough job, exactly as I had requested. Ernie communicated ahead of time with me as to when they would come They arrived promptly and worked hard. Ernie is a great guy. I love that he doesn't use floor products that leave sticky, streaky residue. Vinegar and water he told me for my laminate floors. He takes pride in what he does and is a responsible and nice man. I will definitely use them again. Trustworthy and hard working.

They were prompt. They were very thorough and did all I ask. They even did more than I expected. Very pleased. Afterward the owner stopped by to follow up.

Excellent. House was spotless.

The questionable: They were hard working but I was very disappointed in the dusting. I understand not wanting to pick up items and dust out of respect and safety to our items however, even the main flat services left much to be desired. I did point out the issues and they went back to re-dust but even then after they left I had to dust again. the positives: The baseboards looked amazing. The vacuuming was great and no one has cleaned our bathrooms as well as they have cleaned them. Having them clean my bathrooms alone would give me reason to hire them again. So all in all, it was a good experience. The owner did call and check on things, I explained the dusting issues to his main person on campus and to him personally. In my opinion that was not a deal breaker just something they need to brush up on. I would hire again but definitely will stress the importance of the dusting. I believe in second chances.

I was very happy with the way my home looked when I got home from work. It smelled great, the bathrooms were spotless and the house in general was perfect. I will definitely be using GI Cleaning in the future!

He did NOTHING. His services was listed as a "Deal" on Angie's List for my specific area. I purchased his offered service. It ends up we live an hour away from his business and it's too far for him. This is a black eye as far as I'm concerned for Angie's List because they should NEVER have offered this service in my area if the company is unwilling to service this area. Hopefully Angie's List refunds my $130 immediately and this little fiasco can be closed.

The service was fine and great. I am currently using the service.
