Ernie contacted me almost immediately. We talked about work to be done and pricing. I made an appointment for the following week. Ernie's son Carlos and his crew arrived on time and walked with me through the house to determine what needed to be done. The began work immediately and Ernie stopped by to be sure everything was going smoothly and to be sure I was satisfied with how things were going. I cannot say enough about how incredibly clean my home was when the finished. Ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, HVAC vents, exposed ductwork in my basement were ALL dust free. Regular cleaning such as bathrooms and bedrooms, vacuuming and mopping were completed... they even cleaned by oven!! When they completed the work, Carlos walked back through the house with me to be sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I have used other cleaning services in the past but this team was fantastic! I have hired them to come back and clean on a regular basis.. I would highly recommend this company and crew!

I needed the cleaning to be done same day due to urgency. The company scheduled few things around and was able to get the cleaning crews same day. Because tenant moved out and had left the house dirty, the cleaners did an awesome job with the cleaning. The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Will use then again!

These guys did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home. They were fast, thorough and friendly and I plan to have them back on a recurring basis. I have tried a few other services in the past and never had the kind of service GI offered. Well worth checking into.

They did an excellent and thorough job on the kitchen & bathroom counters and equipment, some of which was in embarrassingly bad shape. They were careful of our things when pursuing dust and cobwebs, and generally very courteous and accommodating. I was overall very pleased with the service. They couldn't make it on time due to traffic, but called to warn me of it. If hiring them it would be good to remove any recycling beforehand to avoid confusion, and if you're setting up a repeat visit it would be good to get the owner's quote in writing - he seems to do a lot of things off the top of his head, and not necessarily remember exactly what he said.

The ladies showed up on time and got directly to work. They did an awesome job! This is the first time I've ever had my house professionally cleaned and since we were out of town for most of the summer, it really needed it!

The owner responded quickly. I never gave the owner any feedback, it was never requested so I would like to give them a chance to do a little better. I think they spent more times on their phones than they did cleaning, at least one or two of them. There was three of them. They didn't really do a thorough job. It was suppose to be the inside the refrigerator, microwave, and stove. They didn't do any of that. They also didn't finish a bathroom mirror, she only went as far up as her hand could reach and didn't go any further. I don't want to make it sound really bad, but I think they could have been more tentative. I also didn't like that I have hardwood floors that she went through with a wet mop for less than two minutes. She didn't get around the edges or get the spots I knew were on the floor. They were on time and pleasant enough. They were quick. I cant say they were thorough because I didn't like some of the cleaning done. I don't think they did the baseboards either, I just had back surgery so I can't do some of these things, that is why I hired them.

This provider deserves the highest possible rating. The crew was polite, professional, extremely hard working and thorough. Cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use G I Cleaning Services again.

G I Cleaning does a great job! My house looks and smells great when they leave.

It went well. But after a break of having the house cleaned, I decided to try someone different.

I arrived at the house 2 hours after this awful cleaning company supposedly cleaned the house. The same dead bugs were on the carpet, the blinds were covered in dust, the sinks, drawers and tubs still had the hairs of the previous owners and old bars of soap not touched. Nothing was vacuumed or moped. There was still dirt on the stairs and on the floor. The baseboards were not touched. The fans were still covered in dust. I swear, I have no idea what these people did. I called and got them to come back to the house so I could show them everything that was still dirty and not cleaned. The owner showed up (Emesto Merino) ****** off at me and said he had 5 people clean this house. He said they cleaned everything. Every time I pointed out something to him, he said "no, we cleaned that." Calling me a liar. His son, just told me 20 minutes before, that there were 3 people that cleaned for 3 hours. Emesto actually yelled at his son, asking him why he told me that. The son said "I didn't say that to her." Then Emesto proceeded to come after me, yelling that I was calling his son a liar. The man has anger issues. He made me feel scared and threatened. If you look up this business, it shows only 2 employees with this company. The women with them could not speak English. The cleaning supplies they had were a joke. No bleach, some old vacuum cleaner that wouldn't get up any dirt and a dirty mop that they used at the previous job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY!!! The worst part of this experience, was the owner (Emesto) was threatening to me, yelled at me and asked if he picked up this hair, would that make it clean enough? What kind of owner talks to a customer like this? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

The ladies did an excellent job. They were an hour late and a phone call would have helped.

It cost $70 an hour. They follow through on their contract very well. The workers are pleasant and professional. Cleaned up very well. I gave them an “A” overall because they followed through on the contract.

They did a fabulous job and we scheduled them to clean every two weeks for us. They always do such a great job! When I walk in the door our house smells SO clean! I highly recommend this company, Ernesto is such a pleasure to deal with.

Extremely Well. He called ahead to confirm arrival date/time. Owner went over everything I wanted done, and pointed out some things I hadn't mentioned. The crew did a great job and refused to leave (although paid time already fulfilled) until Everything was done to their satisfaction. And Mine!

They are very efficient. They come in, one starts at the floor and the other one does detail work. They are very quick, they are efficient. They do really good work. Excellent. They are very responsive. There were a couple of things that they forgot to put back into place. I said to put the shower curtain up over the shower curtain rod and they simply forgot. He called me and asked me how they did. They were very responsive. They were a little early which was fine with me. They are very, very good at what they do.

I have used this firm on a regular basis for a few years now. For routine work they come every three weeks. They are timely, considerate of my schedule needs and special requests, do very good work and are extremely nice and pleasant. I will continue to use them.
