Description of Work: Painted large sunroom. Prepped and painted over wallpaper in utility and 1/2 bath. They are currently painting the outside. They have done an excellent job of prepping for the exterior. They are very professional and considerate. Always on time and are hard workers. I would recommend them highly. Their cost was in line with other estimates that we got. You can be assured that the job will be done right.

+ 0 moreExcellent work. I was very pleased with repair work on walls. Also, they were on time and worked quickly.
Description of Work: Prepared and painted wallpapered walls and wainscoting in kitchen. Also painted hallway. There were large areas that needed repair or plaster coat where laminate was removed from the wall under the kitchen cabinets.

+ 0 moreA week before putting my house on the market I did a repair patch on the ceiling in my hallway and touched up the paint. To my dismay, the paint did not match so the entire hallway ceiling needed to be repainted! The owner of For Real Painters came the next day and painted the entire hallway ceiling and a small bathroom for a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. The next week he and his crew painted my entire exterior, working between rain showers and doing what it took to get the job done and the for sale sign up in my yard on time. It looks awesome and my house sold in 6 weeks!

+ -1 moreYes I would hire them again for the painting. I felt the powerwashing job was not a success. As a matter of fact they flooded the house. They broke some of the seals and fogged up the windows.
Description of Work: They power washed the home and painted the trim of the front doors.
