+ -1 moreThey were 2 1/2 weeks late because they wouldn't respond to me or the warranty company, wouldn't answer phone messages or email sent to them. I was without heat during the coldest days of the winter. They finally came out and installed the system, but after 3 weeks, I still haven't received the warranty, owner's manual, or system inspection.

+ -1 moreI asked Tim to give me two quotes: good and better. I took the "better" proposal because I thought it was reasonable and within my budget. My situation was difficult because of the location of the existing air handler. Had been put in at the time of the build and access was difficult. Tim decided to install the new air handler in an existing closet and reinforced the base area to handle the extra weight. He ran into several problems he didn't anticipate so the job took a day longer than the two he estimated, but added no additional charges to his estimate. Tim and his helper Mike were quiet, neat, clean and as unobtrusive as possible.
Description of Work: Installed new heat pump system for upstairs of house including new air handler, thermostat, duct modification and added one vent. Removed old heat pump and air handler.
