My husband and I got our floors done about 2 and half years ago when we bought our house. At first we were very happy with the floors and how they looked. Unfortunately, after a year, we started to notice residue coming up from the floors in the basement. We scraped it off because we thought it might have been from our dogs feeding toy getting crud all over the floor. It was better for a while after that, and then we started to notice it coming back. I eventually googled what it could be and found that it was likely due to not having a moisture barrier under the floor. That was something that was never suggested to my husband or I when we had the salesman out initially. We have also been having problems with the floor boards coming apart in our upstairs flooring. Scratches have also been a problem on supposed scratch resistant floors, even with furniture that has the felt pads on it. Overall, I am severely disappointed in the quality of the products and the installation. I did try to call them and see what could be done, but they wanted to charge me to have someone come out. On top of that, they wouldn't fix it. They planned to give me a quote to fix. Why on earth would I buy more floors from you if I am unhappy with your product! Either way, I would never recommend them to anyone!

They single thing that stood out the most was they had installed some quarter rounds around the where they put the tile like along the floor trimming, it was horribly done, I could have done far better myself. The tile looked good, carpet looked good. I could see places where the tile had raised the height of the floor so certain things that used to sit didn't sit and they was kinda trying to hide it.

They were good but not exceptional. I have had no issues with the tiles.

The installers were very good and did their work well.

I don't believe that the carpeting they sold is high quality at all. When they installed it, there were a couple of seems that were still showing. After I finally got a hold of them, they sent someone about a month or so later. I am about to call them back because even today there is still a seem that is showing.
