Description of Work: repaired natural gas water heater (they had installed in 2006), pleased with repair

Description of Work: Two plumbers from Edwards & Mills came to my house to replace a kitchen faucet. They put in a $39.00 dollar faucet that I had purchased from Lowes. When they finished installing the faucet, it was leaking. A small stream of water would flow out of the faucet after the water was turned off. They told me that it was a defective faucet. They told me to go buy another faucet, and to call them back. Well, when they left, I called a friend, and asked him to take a look. By the way, my friend is NOT a plumber. I told him what they said. He laughed, and adjusted one nossel on the faucet. The faucet stopped leaking. I almost fainted when I got a bill of $352.93. What a rip-off this company is. I will never use them again, and highly recommend that others be aware of what they are capable of. I think they thought since I was a woman they could take advantage of me.I am just thankful that I had somebody else look at the faucet. If I would have listened to them, I would have bought another faucet, and spent who knows how much more money for them to come out to my house again.
