Bruce answered the phone himself and happily answered all my questions. He recommended that I purchase my locks ahead of time so that I could choose my own style and color. He informed me of his charges for each action, so I was able to know the cost within a few dollars ahead of time. The day of the appointment, Bruce arrived precisely on time and was pleasant and professional the whole time here. His work was very good and he cleaned up after himself then again answered any questions I had. Prices were within expectations. I would recommend East Coast Lock and Key for any residential door work needed.

They came in less than an hour of my telephone call. They opened the door and gave me the tool too, so that I could open it myself if it gets locked again. They were punctual, polite and very efficient. They were reasonable and didn’t charge me for the job, but just a compulsory fee for a house visit of $50. I liked them a lot and will use their services in future.

My old door locks were going bad. I bought 3 new ones from Home Depot, and looked around for a locksmith to install. I found this company via the local newspaper. The locksmith had been writing home-tips articles for the newspaper. I called to set-up an appointment in 2 days, and they were right on-time. The front door took some extra time since the original door locks when the house was built were not installed properly. The original workmanship was shoddy. The locksmith from East Coast fixed the errors and had all 3 doors locks and deadbolts in about 90 minutes. I have had no problems since the installation, and will call on East Coast Lock and Key whenever I need a locksmith again.
