Description of Work: They brought our building out on time. It was not an easy task for them to get to the spot wherethe bbuilding had to go, but they accomplished it with much professionalism. It was set up in no time, and, poof ....they were gone ! The building is very well made.....very satisfied! |

Description of Work: Overall very good experience with this company.There is a local representative who had several buildings of different types and sizes on his lot and provided a great deal of help in terms of explaining ongoing specials and deals and even local ordinances!The building itself was ready almost one week earlier than I anticipated.We had provided first and second choices for where we wanted the building and are pleased with how quickly it was placed.The only issue that arose came from the fact that the building was ready so quickly that I was unable to arrange for time off of work in order to be at home when the building was being installed.Had I been able to arrange time off I probably would have had the building positioned a little differently but that is no reflection on the manufacturer.Very pleased overall!

They explained to us everything that they were doing in detail. If we had any questions, they did not hesitate to answer the truth about anything.
Description of Work: Dutch Barns built our two-story storage shed from scratch. The shed is a fairly large size shed. It has tons of shelves. I believe about 12. There is about seven electrical outlets and a switch inside our home and in the shed. There are also two ceiling fans on each floor.

 + -1 moreThe work was not done with as much quality as I expected. It was done well though and I would recommend them to other people. I guess you can't get too detailed though with a shed. They were friendly and answered all of my questions as well.
Description of Work: This company came and built a storage building for us. It is 12x20 in size. The roof was done with basic shingles. The structure itself is very simple because it is only used for storage.

Description of Work: Dutch Barn built a 12 x 14 square foot shed in our yard. They constructed it partially at their location, then transported it to our house and put it all together. The job did not include the electrical work.

 + -1 moreThe overall craftsmanship the guys from this company posses are excellent. We are very happy with their final product. They were so very polite. We had no problems with any of our interactions with anyone from this company. They showed up when they were supposed to. The entire project took them less time than they originally told us it would take. They completely cleaned up their entire mess before they left. We would highly recommend this company to any one.
Description of Work: We needed a new storage shed, so Dutch Barns built our 10 foot by 15 foot storage shed in our backyard complete with two small windows and two large front doors.

 + -1 moreDutch Barns had a very good business manner but I had a problem with them during the completion of this project. It could not pass inspection from the city inspector because certain requirements had not been met. They had also promised that they would put window boxes on the storage unit but then they wound up not doing that and tried to charge me more money to have them installed at the end of the project. To me, that was extremely dishonest. I live alone and am not from this area, but come from Texas. I felt like I was taken advantage of by this company because I had already paid them, their work was not done to code and then they wanted to charge me more money. That was not very nice.
Description of Work: Dutch Barns built a building on my property that is 16 x 24. It is one story and sits close to my property line.

 + -1 moreWe are very happy with the storage building. The only little thing about this situation was we think the weather vane up on top of the shed may be pointing the wrong direction. They actually delivered it to our yard on a large truck and then installed it and made it level. I don't know the price but I would recommend them because they are hardworking people.

 + -1 moreI thought they had done an excellent job and the turn around was just great. Dutch Barns is very efficient and timely. Everything fell right into to place. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They adjusted the design the way I had wanted it. There was only one hold up and that was because I wanted a larger door so we had to wait on the manufacturer to bring it, which was not Dutch Barns fault. The weather did get pretty bad, but, they managed to get it framed and covered in 2-3 days. Inside a week, I had a garage. I would not be hesitant to hire them again. Now, it did cost a little more than usual garages because I had larger sidewalks and thicker cement. I also a little bit of extra things done. Even still, the price was amazing.
Description of Work: Dutch Barns built a double garage that was 24 X 26. Included in the garage was a 5 ft. tall and 10 ft. long storage space.
