Description of Work: Intially, I received very prompt responses from the window cleaning company. We traded several emails, again, the response was prompt. I asked if my geographic area was covered under this Big Deal, and told it was not. I agreed to pay them travel expenses. I was to receive a phone call to set up a service appointment. I did not hear anything for a few days so I left a phone message with the company. I have not received a reply. Not feeling comfortable at this point I cancelled my order.

Description of Work: THe two men from Drake did a great job cleaning the outside windows on my old victorian with mostly sealed storms.

Description of Work: He did an excellent job washing my home windows. I was pleasantly suprised that he cleaned the screens because I didn't know that was included. I would definately use him again and recommend him to others!

Description of Work: We have a large ranch style house, with a total of 10 medium size windows, an 8 foot sliding door and a large garden window. Three of the windows and the garden window are in the rear of the house (15' or so above ground level). The crew of four arrived promptly and began work on the outside after I showed them the windows. They removed their shoes to work inside (A VERY nice touch!!) to prevent soiling the carpet. Each one had a task to do and did it extremely well. Additionally, they cleaned the inside screens. They were professional and accomphlised the job expertly.
