Description of Work: They were quick to respond and set up a time to come do the work. When they came the realized I had storm windows and said that would cost a whole lot more and they would have to reschedule (double the original quote). There was NO mention of storm windows in their fine print of "The Big Deal". I had gone through the trouble of moving furniture away from all windows & taken the window treatments down. After thinking about it for a day I decided to cancel. I'll clean the windows my self..... "I JUST WISH THIS WAS MENTIONED UP FRONT BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS BIG DEAL"

Description of Work: The free estimate was very fair. The owner and the team were courteous, professional, and hard-working. We were thrilled with the work. The windows literally sparkled when the team had finished!! We have already asked that they schedule us again next year.

 + -1 moreOur windows really needed to be cleaned. I checked Angie's List and found Drake Window Cleaners and decided to try them. Stephen was very responsive from the beginning. An estimate was done and a time was set. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the appointment time (my fault); However, the outside windows were done and we set another appointment for the inside. Stephen and his co-worker were punctual, professional, worked hard and diligently. We are very happy with the service and would use them again. The price was good and the work was well done.

Description of Work: They cleaned inside and outside of sun porch and breakfast room windows. In addition, the breakfast room Pella windows have blinds between the two glass panels and these were taken apart and cleaned. They did a very good job. Had hoped they would also clean the venetian blinds in the sun porch but that's not part of their service. I will definitely have them back again.

Description of Work: Allen and Bob did a wonderful job. I have a single story 9 windows inside and out also cleaned window sills. They were alot less then anyone else on Angie's list so I was unsure. But I couldn't have asked for a better job.They also saw I had a crack in my storm window so they will be taking it to get fixed and putting back in for $25.

He called me shortly afterward with an estimate for $160.00, which I felt was very reasonable. He offered to wash the windows the very next day or the day after. He and a coworker were punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. They did a great job and I will use them again. They also perform other services.
Description of Work: Drake Window Cleaners washed the exterior of all our second and third story windows.

 + 0 moreMy experience with Drake was fantastic from start to finish. I had seen them at my neighbors' house and had asked for a quote. I received the quote that same day. I called to make an appointment the following week. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional, respectful, hard working and seemed to really take pride in their work. The work was done (and done well) in a few hours, with no mess left behind. I know - it seems too good to be true :) ! I wish all my dealings with contractors could be like this!

 + -1 moreExcept for one wasp body I saw today left stuck between the screen and glass of one storm window, the service was excellent.
Description of Work: We have separate storm windows which have to be removed and cleaned. The men from Drake cleaned 21 windows plus their storm windows. They also cleaned two storm doors and a door window (9 panes). Stephen called a couple of hours before they were due at my house and said they had finished their first job early and if I was ready, they would come on to my house. They did. They worked at a good pace and the windows look wonderful. Both men were polite and friendly.
