Outside windows and they did a great job.

They were fabulous; they brought about six people, they had it done in a couple of hours and the windows were sparkling. We also spent some extra 150 to 200$ on the work.

They were professional, on time and did an excellent job. When they came into my house, they were peaceful, competent, and quick.

Work was well done completed very quickly.

They did great. If I remember right, they had three guys here performing the work. They showed up a little late (but called to let me know they were on their way), got right to work, and my windows look awesome.

They were the best! They were fabulous. They were like 5 plus. If there was a 10 I would give them 10. He went so far beyond what he was supposed to. He pressure washed area around my pool for nothing. I paid him extra to do extra windows because the deal didn't cover it. I paid him to pressure wash some of the stucco in the house but when he was pressure washing the stucco he noticed that it was also sort of streaking the cement. So he cleaned the cement for nothing. They were very very nice. The whole crew was great! I didn't call him right away to schedule after I bought the deal. I called him and left a message. He called me back immediately. I think he scheduled two weeks later but he came before he said he was going to. Everything about them was really good! One of our daughters is getting married and I wanted to have all the windows cleaned inside and out. That was pricey. What he quoted me for that was a lot more than what I spent on the big deal. So I think the Angie's list deal was a real deal. I hope it's done again with him. I think the deal was for 25 windows inside and out or 40 from just outside. So I had them do mainly outside. He did two windows in the house that were really high that I could never reach on the inside. There was nothing they did that wasn't good.

Drake Window Service did an excellent job, as usual. They are very courteous and expert at what they do. They are extremely respectful of your home and bend over backwards to make sure the customer is pleased. I highly recommend them.

A crew of three arrived and quickly went to work. The job was finished in record time and the windows looked great. The crew was fast but did an excellent job. I plan to use them again next Spring.

Overall job went well, however rainy weather caused interruptions for 2-3 days. However, Stephen was patient and persistent and got the job done as quickly as possible.

Excellent work. They were a little late arriving, but they called to let us know that. A team of four did the whole house very quickly and did a thorough job.

We had purchased a big deal, and it was a great deal, and the service was very good and we were impressed. We had set up the appointment for them to come after we returned from vacation. They also did a little extra work without charging out. They came and introduced themselves, they were professional, everybody seemed to know what they were doing, nobody was standing around and they were not chit chatting, they were here and gone within 45 minutes. They did not intrude at all. They were very particular about the way they did it and they knew what they had to do and did it. They came earlier than the time they had promised, and we appreciated that.

It was a very good experience. They did a great job. Came when they were supposed to.

I got one of the Big Deal coupons for this. They were very prompt in contacting me and scheduling the service. They called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived as scheduled. They did the work quickly and very professionally. We live in a second floor apartment with lots of trees and shrubbery around so I'm sure it was not easy. They were very neat and clean. We are very pleased with the company and the work. We are loving our clean windows and plan to do this annually,

I liked everything about them. They were very neat and considerate. When they came into the house to clean the inside of the windows, they took their shoes off. They were very considerate about moving things and asked if they could move the item before they moved it.

When I received the estimate the estimator rescheduled another job to fit me in because I had people coming in from out of town. The crew (4) showed up at 9:00 AM on the scheduled day and completed the job in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with Drake Window Cleaners and will get on a regular schedule with the company.

Well I contacted the company over one month ago and spoke with someone you assured me a call back. Call back finally came early the morning of March 22. It was the owner, Charles. After a brief apology he sent his crew that day to complete a job well done. Over I was extremely satisfied with the job done.

Called over one week ago and spoke with Bobby to request an estimate to clean gutters and was assured I'd be contacted. To date no one has bothered to contact me and I don't feel that I should have to call again.

I was pleased with their service and have asked them to put me on their call back schedule for the summer.

We have used these folks for many years. Without fail they come when they promise, do an excellent job, leave no messes, and charge a very reasonable price.

We bought a "Big Deal" from Angie's List to get the windows cleaned at our house. Ultimately it ended up costing us extra money over and above what we paid for the deal, due to the limited number of windows covered by the deal, these guys did a great and thorough job. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
