Lamont (the owner) and his team were very professional and friendly. The whole process was smooth and completed timely. I was provided with a high quality rental car to use while my car was worked on for no additional charge. The detail shop is indoors so the car remained protected and safe around-the-clock.

They worked on it for several days and were able to get it looking better than new. You could shave using the reflection in the finish of the truck.I am completely pleased with the job that was done.

They were able to work me in on a Sunday afternoon. When their team arrived, we were having a thunderstorm, but they easily adapted and did the work in my garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again!

After paying $225 ($250 minus 10% discount), I was left with several black grease marks on the interior roof above driver's seat. Regrettably, I did not notice them initially but called Lamont promptly thereafter to advise him of issue. He initially was very responsive and claimed he would send someone immediately to correct problem. However, I've called him twice since then to no avail. Such as shame because they did a terrific job on exterior of car but once pristine interior now showing black grease marks. Will ultimately have to pay yet another detailer to correct the problem. Thank goodness I used AMEX to pay! Obviously, I would not recommend or use again.

I requested the services of Davis Mobile Detailing and set up a date and time for the services to be completed while at work. Lamont came to my job midday very timely. He called when he was about 30 minutes away and once he arrived. He began the job promptly. I went out to check on progress and was a little concerned of how the car was going to look. He affirmed that once he was done the vehicle would look totally different. I returned once he was near completion and my vehicle(Dodge Charger) looked brand new. He was able to get rid of water spots and the vehicle looked flawless for weeks. All I needed to do was spray and walk away for months. I'd recommend the service to anyone who's looking for professionalism and honest work.

They were very responsive to my request for their services. They communicated well. They provided enough technicians to get the job completed in a resonable amount of time. The provided quality work. I would definitely recommend and will use them again. The process was very easy and the owner, Lamont, was very professional to deal with.

They do it in your driveway, you call them and they show up and do it. The have two employees come out to complete the work in about five hours. Besides the high quality work the two people they send out are knowledgeable. They like what they are doing, working with cars and take pride in what they do.

I initially contacted Davis Mobile Detailing on 08/24/2014 and began talking with George "Lamont" Davis about detailing some vehicles for me. By 08/28/2014 Mr. Davis had provided an estimate and we had agreed to his estimate and were told by Mr. Davis that he would arrive to perform the work either 08/30/2014 "early afternoon" or on 08/31/2014 "early morning." I agreed, cleared my schedule for both days, and asked Mr. Davis to please just let me know when he knew a more exact arrival time. When he hadn't arrived on 08/30/2014 I called but was unable to leave a message because his voicemail was full and could not receive any additional messages. I thought nothing of it and waited for him to arrive 08/31/2014 "early morning" as promised; I even got up extra early since I was unsure what "early morning" meant and wanted to make sure that I didn't delay him or his crew. By 11am on 08/31/2014 Mr. Davis still hadn't arrived and we were now past both promised times, so I gave him two more calls and an e-mail and finally received a call back a short time later. Mr. Davis stated he was returning a call and when I inquired when he would be here since he'd missed both appointment times he acted as though he had no idea who I was or that we even had an appointment. He then stated that they were "detailing an RV" and that he would call me back so he could "get me taken care of as soon as they finished up." Naturally, no call was ever returned and no one showed up to do any work. Mr. Davis sent an e-mail later that night stating that he had a "hectic day" and an "emergency" which is why he missed his appointments. This seemed curious to me since I talked to him after he missed BOTH of his appointments and at that time he was "detailing an RV", not attending to an "emergency." He stated that he would be back Monday afternoon and would definitely get me taken care of. It is now Thursday and I haven't received so much as a call. I abhor unprofessional businesses, general incompetence, and especially can't stand being lied to and I feel like that is all I've experienced here. Mr. Davis could very well be a very nice guy and do phenomenal work, but I certainly didn't see any of it. I chose Davis Mobile Detailing because it was top-rated on Angie's List but there are far too many other top-rated detailers to waste time here with this business. I have taken my business elsewhere and would suggest that other customers considering this business think long and hard about what their time is worth to them.

awesome job. 9/10 as far as cleanliness. A few very minor spots that didn't get completely cleaned but overall well worth the $. Lots of places say they can get cigarette smoke out and don't. This place did well enough that the people that drive it normally couldn't drive it before the cleaning job because it triggered migraines/headaches/nausea inside the vehicle, and that problem is gone now.

The guys that showed up at my house were respectable, considerate and polite young men. They washed my car and Mr. Davis came to compound and wax it and clean my headlights. They were extremely considerate of neighbors (townhouse complex). I am so pleased with how my car looks now and will contact them again for follow-up service.

It went Excellent, Lamont exceeded my expectations! He was very professional and did the job in the amount of time that he told me it would take. He also is very high-tech for a mobile auto detailing shop. He has a mobile app that you can download to your phone and when he was done with my car I was able to pay him with my debit card right on the spot. Very convenient! I was very impressed and will definitely call him to do my car in the future!
