I called in the morning and asked if I could get service that day. Chris obliged and met me that afternoon to inspect the electrical situation with tripped breaker. I also asked for a light switch to be replaced that I knew was a problem. I also had a switch installed for a pullstring light and 2 GFCI outlets installed. All that same afternoon. He was quick, courteous and provided me with written explanation about the breaker box. Very pleased.

It went great. The guys are professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. I was pleased enough that I've had them perform a rewiring of my house since then.

Chris and Zack came by to give us a quotation for the electrical issues and were able to start and complete the work today. It was great to have the work completed so quickly and so professionally. We will definitely call them again!

He was excellent. I did ask for a quote on a job in my garage. He indicated that it wasn’t going to be cost effective. He offered an alternative solution that would be much cheaper and advised me that I could do it myself.

They did great. They set up an appointment. They showed up and fixed our problem. We paid them and they left. We would give them a thumbs-up.

Their service turned out just fine. The owner came himself and he was very thorough. He looked at my breakers and my air conditioner to see if that was what was causing my breaker to trip. He came when he said he would come. He did a great job. I will use him again.

I was skeptical as to whether I could have this work accomplished with minimal disruption. I am having cabinets installed in my Laundry Room and thought it would be advantageous to have an outlet on the wall above the countertop. I talked with Chris about my options, cost involved and timeframe for completion. He was extremely professional, told me what the job would entail and quoted me a price. I was amazed that the work was performed in less than two hours and the price was as quoted. I had just painted the Laundry Room wall, and Chris and his assistant were so meticulous that I did not even have any touch up painting to do after the project. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they also cleaned up some insulation that had fallen from the attic area. I contacted Custom Electric on a Big Dean event. This was definitely a great deal, and not only would I use this company again, but I highly recommend them to others.

Chris and his assistant arrived on time, provided a fair estimate, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They took pains to meet our expectations and completely cleaned up afterward. They were smart and friendly. They were working for six hours, but only had to turn off the power to one circuit in the house, and even that was only off for 5 minutes! Previous electricians were not as expert (the power had to be turned off for hours). You won't be disappointed if you hire Custom Electric!

This company is extremely reliable and professional, and does excellent work that is reasonably priced. Chris has at times come up with very creative and cost-effective solutions to problems in our home to help ease the financial strain of repairing an older and poorly maintained house. One example of this dealt with cracks in some tiles in our kitchen floor. Apparently the floor was not laid properly and there was an uneven area below a certain section of tiles. Because the floor was laid many years ago we were unable to find a close match to the pattern and color of the tiles. Instead of having to replace the entire floor, Chris removed the tiles from the effected area and laid a very beautiful design using wood flooring (that matched our kitchen cabinets and wood floors in adjoining rooms). He used a different type of grout to give more flexibility to that area because the floor was uneven, and it has worked out wonderfully and we have had no further cracking in the kitchen floor. People often comment on how beautiful the wood design is in our tile floor, and can't believe that was done to repair a problem with the floor!!! This is just one example of many that illustrates the exceptional work done by this company, and the personalized service you receive. I trust Custom Construction with any type of work that needs to be done- and have never had any problems or complaints. I give this company my HIGHEST recommendation for quality work and exceptional customer service!!!

This contractor is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with.....they do the job, when they say they will with professionalism and excellent quality. The owner Chris Samson is very personable and tremendously helpful in finding creative ways to get the job done for the least amount of money. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for all repair and renovation projects.
